And BOOM Goes the Dynamite

Christy walked into the Leaky. It had been a while since she had been in there but it hadn't changed much since she was in school. It was still the same place it had probably been for the past twenty years. As she found a table in the corner of the bar she had to laugh. The place could probably use a new decorator. Over her time since school she had learned that witches and wizards rarely liked anything to change. If something changed it was almost as if it were the end of the world. If the ministry wasn't involved they didn't want it...and even if the ministry was involved they still did not want it to happen.

She ordered drinks for everyone that was going to be there so they hopefully wouldn't be bothered. She knew Sophia was going to be showing up any minute and they had plans that they had to discuss. She also had the feeling that Felix would show up with her. That in and of itself would be an interesting meeting. She had yet to see Felix since that day and since then she had learned that he was staying with Sophia and she was also trying to help him to clear his name.

She slowly sipped on her firewhiskey that she had ordered for herself before she even thought about looking at the butterbeer sitting in front of her.

Felix adjusted his hood nervously, tightening it around his throat, bending slightly to make it hide more of his face. He could feel the nerves setting in. Last he had shown up in the Leaky Cauldron he had had a large beard and long hair, no one could recognize him if they had wanted to. Not only that, but they had thought he was some homeless madman. That had helped to hide his true identity as well.

Now it was simply nerve-wracking.. he was going to the Leaky with Sophia to talk to a friend of hers about his situation. Why the Leaky though?! Did she want him to get caught? He was shaking slightly as he pet Hyde before leaving his room to head with Sophia to that place. "If I don't come back... you can do whatever you want Hyde, no more having to worry about me." He said softly as he stroked his dog's head.

After a few more minutes of stalling, Felix stood up and stretched, glancing around his room one last time, he adjusted his hood yet again and strode out of his room, downstairs, and to Sophia. "Ready to go?" He asked, holding out his hand to take hers and apparate to The Leaky to meet up with her friend.

Sophia looked up at him and nodded before grabbing his hand and apparating to the dim lit pub. Appearing with a pop she let go of his hand before walking over towards Christy. " Hey Christy. " said Sophia smiling at her. But it wasn't her soft warm smile she usually gave, it was a fake plastered smile. " Firewhiskey if you please. " Sophia told the waiter as he nodded before coming back a few minutes with a bottle of firewhiskey.

Getting some money out of her black leather jacket, she gave it to the waiter. " Thanks keep the rest as a tip! " said Sophia softly before taking a drink of her firewhiskey. Sophia was wearing a black tank top under her black leather jacket with black skinny jeans and black boots. Taking a seat across from Christy, her chocolate brown eyes looked around the dim lit pub.

"Hey Sophia." she said looking at her with a smile. She wasn't the only one who was faking a smile. After what Soph had told her she knew this would be rather awkward do deal with. She took a glance over Felix's way.

"So should we get started?" she asked looking between the two of them. "I'm not really sure what you have planned but..well I'm not really sure of much." she broke off with a nervous laugh. They were sitting in a very public place with a very wanted criminal and she wasn't worried for her sake but for that of Felix and also Sophia who was being brought into this swirling whirlpool of darkness that entailed helping Felix to clear his name.

Felix apparated with Sophia and let go of her hand quickly. She was angry at him.. he wasn't even quite sure why. Well, until they go there and he saw who Sophia's friend was. His jaw dropped and he stared hard at the woman at the table, before he suddenly looked at Sophia. Her anger made sense now, as did her need for firewhiskey. He slowly walked over to the table, before letting his eyes fall on Christy.

Christy was laughing awkwardly, Sophia was pissed, and Felix was confused. "I er... you.." He pointed at Sophia, then at Christy, and then let out a nervous, shaky laugh. "You guys know each other then?" He asked, trying to play off the fact that he had just been pulled into a really awkward situation. He had slept with Christy, and had kissed Sophia. Christy had been not as recent, but he had promised her a lot.

Now though.. Sophia was pissed, and he figured it was because she had found out about him and Christy? Well he wasn't exactly the one to blame, he hadn't known they even knew each other. He had run into Christy as a bar no one ever went to. A place Sophia wouldn't be caught dead, how was he supposed to know they were friends?!

Felix could feel his heart racing as he slowly sat down at the table, his eyes flickering from Sophia to Christy and back. "So er... this is your.. friend Sophia? What a coincidence.."

Sophia laughed her cold laugh at him. " Let's just say we been best friends for a long time Felix. " said Sophia giving him a sickly sweet smile. " So... shall we get started?"Sophia asked them her black nails tapping the table impatiently. As the waiter sweeped over her boot she let out a annoyed hiss. " watch where you're sweeping you bloody idiot!"Sophia hissed at him. Taking a drink of her firewhiskey, Sophia smirked at them her cold dull chocolate brown eyes looking at them.

" Well... just to think this wouldn't be awkward, guess I was wrong. " said Sophia laughing her cold laugh. " Wow.... isn't this nice!"said Sophia softly before taking a drink of her firewhiskey before slamming it down as the glass broke. " Something going on between you two, so spill. " said Sophia her red eyes glaring at them. " You two aren't nervous for nothing! "said Sophia smirking at them.

Christy looked at Sophia. She could tell she was pissed. She glanced over at Felix and gave him a look that said you better tell her because I sure as hell ain't. She turned a little pink...more at the fact that Soph had caught on that something was up more than anything else.

"Like I said the other day and I'm sticking by it...I think I'm too close to the situation to give you advice on what you should do about your feelings." She replied looking down at the ground. She signaled the waiter for more fire whiskey and quickly paid him as he ran off after delivering the round of drinks to the table. She practically drank half the bottle in one sip.

It wasn't that she felt guilty. She didn't but she was pretty sure there was some unwritten law that you didn't sleep with the man who tortured your best friend.

Felix was shocked more by the fact that she had known something was up, but didn't know the full story. They seemed to be really good friends, but right now they were confused and angry. Felix more so then the other two. "Wait, wait.. what?" He said, staring at Sophia, before looking at Christy and noticing the look she gave him. "How the hell was I supposed to know you knew each other?" He asked, a bit too loudly. He toned his voice down and rested his hands on the table.

"Me and Christy met a while back, before I came to you Sophia.. and we sorta.. you know.. got together and stuff.. look I had no idea you two even knew each other, and how was I supposed to? I didn't even know I was gonna visit you yet!" Felix looked at Christy with a pleading look, obviously confused and upset. "Is she pissed at me? Are you pissed at me? Listen, it's been years since I've been caught up in woman drama, but do I need to step out so you can talk this out?" He asked, looking at Christy and then at Sophia.

"Look, we had sex." He said to Sophia, gesturing to Christy. "And we kissed a few times... I am not in a relationship with Christy, we met up and I promised her I'd see her again, that was it. We are not in a relationship either!" He glared at Sophia and suddenly stood up from the table. "I do not appreciate being pulled to a public place to get these kind of looks and attitude.. I'm gonna go stand outside, call me back when you aren't so angry." He said and suddenly spun on the spot, leaving out the door that led to the muggle world.

Sophia's eyes turned red in anger before looking at her best friend and Felix. " You slept with the man who tortured me and Kidnapped me, are you that damn desperate for attention?"Sophia asked her angrily. Laughing her cold laugh at them she shook her head. " Wow... I should of seen that coming!"said Sophia laughing her cold laugh once again.

Her eyes glaring at Felix, she hissed at him. " Don't you dare leave Barker!"Sophia hissed before following outside. " Look you filthy man whore, you may think it's fun to toy with girls feelings but I don't!"Sophia hissed at him. " I should of known, you were the same way when you were evil I guess criminals never do change. " said Sophia softly. " I'm not doing shit for you anymore, good luck rotting in hell you deserve it. " said Sophia softly. Walking back inside she glared at Christy, and if looks could kill he'll be dead.

" I never thought my best friend would lie straight to my face, you could of told me the bloody truth!"said Sophia angrily. " What are you going to tell Oded when and if you see him or does that not matter to you?"Sophia asked her. " You know, you two are perfect for each other, toying around with people feelings. " said Sophia before walking out of the pub.

Christy was trying to stay as calm as possible. She gave Felix an almost sympathetic look. She was just as angry at Felix as she was at Christy. Christy ran up to Sophia calling out to her.

"Sophia Granger you stop right there!" She yelled with authority in her voice. No one had ever spoken to her like that in her entire life and they sure weren't going to start now. "How dare you!" She continued to say. "I didn't lie to you about it and friends or not if we slept together it really isn't anyone's damn buisness."

She took the time to get up to Sophia face so she wouldn't have to yell. Gone was the shy little German girl she had first met at Hogwarts. This was a new Christy. Mixed with rage and loss and full of power now. Not her father's that she had used to her advantage her entire life but her own. Godric would have been proud.

"And how dare you mention someone to me that is no longer with me and only trying to get back with me to claim he's going to marry a half-veela. Did you get hit in the head while I was in Germany?" She asked laughing a little. Her hand was already on her wand should Sophia snap.

"And for your information I wasn't aware you were one of his victims. That...is also something you forgot to mention in those Letter you never sent."
