Andrian turned around the way they entered which showed no sign of ways they could get out of here, "Unless you can summon a broomstick, following it would probably be the best answer" he reaced for his wand and muttered the charm but it didn't work.

Andrian looked around to check if Mariana was alright, "Come on you can cling onto you big brother if you get scared" he grinned at her held out and outstreatched hand to help her get down the stairs so they can follow Brandy L. Lupin and the basilisk.

The snake turned it's head and stared Nikki in the eyes.
"No! You git! You dont call this snake names! it will kill us all", Brandy hissed.
"God.... it looked you in the eyes", Brandy said looking at Nikki.

Nikki's eyes went hypnotized mode. There was silence and the snake kind of snickered at Nikki.

Andrian looked down at her as she looked paralyzed and rolled his eyes in annoyance, "Damn it, Nikki" he swore under his breath heaved her onto his shoulder and carried her on the way to the exist hoping the basilisk would lead them to a exit.
