Scorpius Malfoy was having a good day. He'd finally found and hired a competent manager for Honeydukes, something that had taken a total two weeks. Apparently, he was rather picky. He had spent the last few hours just hanging around his store, snacking on liquorish. If he hadn't already been in a good mood, the liquorish would have done it.
Then he heard screams, and his Dark Mark began to burn. He'd been about to apperate, when his shop caught fire. He'd never had a good mood turn sour so quickly. Scorpius, along with his staff, spent the next few minutes attempting to put out the flames. It wasn't easy, and they'd have some serious repairs to do, but at least the entire building hadn't burned down. Or at least, that's what Scorpius was trying to tell himself. He had never been very good with positive self-talk.
Leaving his staff with very strict directions to protect the store, Scorpius finally turned to the chaos happening right in front of the Hogwarts Gates. It took him a moment to process exactly what was happening, with all the people and curses, but after a few moments of observation it became obvious enough. Thaorson Elldir was there, had thrown the Dark Mark into the sky, and was now trying to get through into the Hogwarts grounds.
His anger tripled. Not only had that man hurt his shop, he was also trying to get into Hogwarts. That was certainly not alright with the Death Eater, his sisters were in the castle. Sprinting towards the chaos, faster than he'd run in a long time, Scorpius spotted Katrina-Carlotta. Skidding to a halt not twenty feet from her side, the blonde quickly made eye contact with the assassin.
After a few moments of silent conversation, the Malfoy heir tore his eyes away from hers with a swift nod and regarded the Order Members with narrowed eyes. He wasn't the best duelist, but if the European needed someone to watch her back while she took down the madman, he could do that.
