"Well, magic be favored and hopes be paper, but I think that it's going to be positively lovely! Or horrible," Leo added as an afterthought. "There's so many things that could go wrong - the sky could fall, the teachers could die, I could not have magic - I just don't know. All I have are my paper hopes, really."

Pulling her knees up to her chest and hugging them, Leo frowned. "I don't think Daddy wanted me to come at all, really," Her downcast eyes wavered a bit.

"Thanks," she said before this first year girl came here. She smiled little and dud put her trunk up to the rack. She sat down and nodded to the girl too. She keot quiet there for awhile. "I'm Cecilie Montez," she said to them. "It's nice to meet you both," she added. "You're first year will be great, if you need help I can help you. I'm already fifth year this year," she told to the them both.

"I'm in fifth year as well," Jonathan stated. "Ravenclaw house.". He put his Trans book away back into his trunk then sat back down. "Your first year shouldn't be much of a challenge. If anything, grasping magic will be the only hard part if you're not too familiar with it.". He paused for a moment, remembering his first year at Hogwarts.

Oh how nervous and insecure he felt. He didn't exactly have "fun", but he did enjoy himself. Using magic and learning about it fascinated the boy greatly. He even remembered how he'd visit the library just to learn more things outside of class! A small smile shaped his lips. Knowledge was something Jonathan yearned to have and it didn't bother him if he was considered a nerd. He didn't get into Ravenclaw by luck.

"Well," Jonathan began, clearing his throat. "I wouldn't want to spoil the 'surprise', but I guess I can elaborate. When you arrive at Hogwarts, all first years are aligned in front of the sorting hat in alphabetical order. You put the sorting hat on and you'll be sorted into the main four houses.". Jonathan held up four fingers and lowered each one as he counted off and explained each house.

"There's Gryffindor, the popular house of the brave, represented by scarlet and gold along with the lion. Ravenclaw, house of the witty and clever, represent by blue and bronze and the Ravenclaw eagle. Hufflepuff, for the loyal and friendly bunch. Yellow and black are their colors and the mascot is the badger. Finally, there is Slytherin, the house for the cunning and ambitious. Green and silver with the serpent as their mascot."

"I'm from Gryffindor house," Cecilie said with smile. She remembered her first year too. It was quite hard year, just she had problems to make friends for her at first but end of year she had couple of friends. Now she even don't speak with them, they have grown apart. She smiled to them. "It will be okay, you're school year. You will like you're house," she said.

"I'm from Ravenclaw naturally, if you couldn't tell," Jonathan said bluntly. His expression was still blank but his eyes were still studying the girls. He didn't know how he felt about them yet, being the type to not jump straight to assumptions. "She is right though, you will come to like whichever house you are sorted to. Each house has it's good and bad reputation but there's no need to judge."

Jonathan loved being a Ravenclaw. He was surround by many people who shared his intellect and his love for learning. He still didn't socialize with any of them however; he stuck to being with himself.

"Hmm..." Leonara mumbled to herself. "Well, okay. I'm not sure how brave or smart or cunning I am... Loyal to the bone, though, I've been told."

She smiled, crossing her legs and tapping fingers on her knees. "So if all the houses have good and bad sides, then what's the difference between houses? It seems like a kind of pointless separation of the students..."

Leonara wondered which house she would be placed into. These students seemed nice, but would her future house accept her?

Cecilie smiled yo both of them. She was quite smiley person. She hoped they all could be friends or so. She has only few people who she can call it for real. She sighed on that thought.

"What house you are thinking you'll be in?" Cece asked from Leonara. She just wondered in what house that first year will be. She couldn't figure it out.
