Dance like it's the last night of your life

Jaybee smiled at Kasumi. "Thanks... We should get going. My brother seemed like he was going crazy." he sighed and walked out of the pizza place. He waited for Kasumi before he started walking down to the house. As he walked, he got another text from his brother.

"Damn it." he muttered softly, as he read that his mother had most likely broken her ankle from the fall and that she needed to be taken to the hospital. It must have been a pretty bad fall and he told him to tell their father to take her to the hospital and that he'd meet them there.

Jaybee glanced around and saw an alley was near them. He grabbed Kasumi's hand quickly and pulled her into the alley. "I'm going to apparate us to the hospital. My mum has to be taken there." he told her before they disappeared with a small pop and appeared in an alley near the hospital.

Kasumi walked with Jaybee to see his mother. She was thinking to herself while they were walking. She wished he would do something. She didn't care what it was anymore. Jaybee started muttering and Kasumi had bad thoughts about it. She was having about 500 thoughts as to what it could be.

Just then Kasumi got a text from her father. He had just had a large fire and just wanted to let her know that he was okay and that he loved her. She teared up a bit and smiled. She answered the text and continued to walk right by Jaybees side. She wanted to hold his hand. She just wanted to let Jaybee know that she was there for him. She was struggling to grab for it though. He was too worried to annoy him.

Jaybee was looking into an alley and Kasumi didn't have a good feeling as to what was about to happen. He grabbed her hand and she blushed. Now wasn't the time to gush over him. She knew it wasn't the right thing to do but she couldn't help it. She lived for him and she needed to tell him sooner or later. She ended up deciding on later. She continued to blush and when he told her that they were going to apparate she didn't have a great feeling about it. So they did and they came up into another alley by the hospital. She didn't let go of his hand cause she didn't know if she was supposed to. She didn't want to. She wanted to hold on. "Come on let's go Jaybee," she said.
