Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Lol, yep...That's me....Miss Confusion....

TopicI like this boy/girl..how do I confess to her/him?

Ok, everyone has this situation. Here's a few ideas.
Sit next to him/her in class and tell her/him how you feel about them.
Make a phone call to them.
Write a letter and mail it to them.
Ask him/her out on a date.

You have to have faith in yourself. The worst that can happen is that she/he says 'No.' Don't let that get you down, just try again with someone else. It not the end of the world of they say no!

True. They might not feel the same as you do.

Yeah, they mightn't want to ruin a friendship. I know how that feels.

True. Some people can not separate their "love" relationship from their "friend" relationship. Therefore losing a very good friend in a breakup. It is sad but I have seen that happen a lot. Its sad but true

One should never forget how the relationship started. If you were friends before don't forget that. If they were your best friend before hand you can still have that after.

Sure can..*sigh*

New Topic.

Before I get started for this year's first topic, I hope all members had an awesome Christmas and Happy New Year. I did!

Topic #1 for 2009

I have a gf/bf but I'm starting to have a real connection with a new boy/girl. She/he understands me so much better than my current gf/bf and I have a feeling that she/he is cheating on me.

1.) Ask yourself, "Do I still care and love My current bf/gf?"
2.) Before you accuse your current loved one of cheating
find hard evidence. If you say that she's/he's cheating on
you without evidence, you current one will most likely leave
you or cheat on you for real.
3.) If you MUST break up with a loved one to be with someone
better, try not to, because if you feel a connection with this
other person, maybe he's/she's just a best/true friend for
life.
4.) If your current one is cheating on you, dump him/her,
she's/he's not worth your time or effort. But if she/he does
a really prepared apology and cannot live without you, you
decide, do you love this person? If you do, you can have
a nice clean slate and start again but if you cannot trust
him/her forget him/her.

I'd like your opinions and a guys side of view on this as well.

I agree with that a 100% especially the cheating! My boyfriend cheated on me and I didn't know he was until I went to his apartment and found him and my best friend having sex. I still feel angry and hurt but I dumped him and burned all his things.
