First Meeting (Remake)

Hallie watched as Amelia pelted towards to the door to hug the newcommer - someone who also she recognised from the Hufflepuff table in the Great Hall. She smiled. Their friendship seemed strong and genuine. Hufflepuffs were like that. They made great friends, which she well knew through being friends with Maura Goldstein.

Before she could even attempt to walk across the room and introduce herself another girl walked in. A girl that she had never seen her entire life. Then again joining the PA wasn't about learning to duel it was about making new friends. Standing up and gliding to the door, her hand clasped together neatly in front of her Hallie introduced herself.

'I'm Hallie. Gryffindor.' She stated with a smile, her blue eyes shining sweetly in the light, hiding well her horrific childhood having her father die and watching her brother get bitten by a werewolf. Nobody would know this; she hoped to keep it that way. Not that it bothered her, she'd learnt to handle her emotions about this touchy topic unlike her usual wearing-her-heart-on-her-sleeve persona.

Domi looked around and saw that she barely knew everyone here. She saw them around school, yes, but never introduced to them. As usual, Domi is good with memorizing people's faces but not their names. Domi sighed. It's time to make some new people then. Oh, she was excited of the thought, of course.

Before she decided where to walk, a girl approached her. Seems to be older than her. She introduced herself as Hallie from Gryffindor, with a smile on her face. How wonderful!! Domi had friends around Hogwarts, yet almost all her family ended up in Gryffindor, and as far as she can tell, you can expect a loyal friendship from a Gryffindor.

Domi offered her hand to the girl. "Enchantée!" she greeted cheerfully. "I am Domi. Ravenclaw." she said. As a pure blood, maman had taught her everything about how to be a lady. And she would never forget the lessons about a lady behavior for sure.

Hallie took Domi's hand. Well she seemed friendly enough, even for a Ravenclaw who were usually more concerned about having their head in a book. In fact, Hallie didn't know anyone remotely close to her in Ravenclaw house. Maybe that would change meeting Domi? The only issue being Hallie was due to leave Hogwarts for good in two months or so.

'Is this your first meeting too?' Hallie asked. She chose her words well, she wanted to make it aware to Domi this was her first time but also wanted to know whether Domi knew the others. The only person Hallie knew was Amelia who had Hallie had spoken to when she'd caught wind of Potter's Army. The Gryffindor didn't have a clue what to expect from the meeting or if the faction had any particular aims. For all she knew it could just be a dueling club, whichever the answer was it would serve well for when she became an auror - after all there was a fair amount of dueling in the job at times.
