Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Jake smiled at Veronica. "I'm glad this made you want to stay." he said softly and looked from the foal to its mother. He thought for a moment. "We never checked the gender of the foal." he said thoughtfully. He examined the creature and glanced at Veronica before looking at the data chart he had for the mother and the foal. He wrote down 'male' in the gender category.

"Let's see. I was the CoMC professor at Hogwarts for a period of time."he began to answer her question. "Then I became an Auror for almost a year. I came back here shortly after that." he finished. "At least you were able to see your siblings." he said softly, referring back to her previous statement. Jake hadn't been able to see Mayleen much since he graduated. In reality, he'd only been able to see her while he was the CoMC professor - which wasn't for long.

The Magical Creature Healer walked in at that moment with the intern and Jake smiled. "We can't. But she can." the healer smiled at the two of them and Jake smiled back. "We've done the best we can. We'll leave the rest to you." he motioned for Veronica to follow him out so they could let the healer do her work. The healer had a somewhat flirtatious smile on her lips directed to Jake, but he didn't seem to notice.

Once they were out of the room, Jake turned to Veronica. He checked his watch. "Want to get some lunch?" he asked her. It was just about time for lunch, he figured he'd ask her.

"Yes, yes she can," Veronica said quietly. With a small wave she silently said good bye to the two unicorns and fallowed Jake out of the door. The girl nervously played with her hands awkwardly standing in front of Jake. "Yeah, Lunch sounds nice." She said looking back at the door the had just exited. The mother and foul were in good hands, better ones than Veronica's, yet she was worried about them. "It's almost that time." she said quietly Ronny shook her head at her silliness and told herself, "they are going to be fine."

Jake noticed that Veronica seemed worried about the foal and mother and he smiled at her. "They'll be fine. She'll take good care of them." he reassured the girl and quickly ran his hand through his hair. He was concerned about the unicorns as well, but he knew that the healer would take good care of them. She was a professional after all.

"After lunch we'll come back and check on them, okay?" he told her. He knew she'd want to see the unicorns after the healer was done. And he actually wanted to see how they'd be after as well. It would also help him with his decision of how long they would stay in the research center before they were relocated.

"Any specific place you'd want to go to eat?" he asked her, quickly changing the subject.

"Yes, they will," she agreed with a small nod. "Come on," she said with a half smile moving away from the door. She had to move away from them. "No, I don't really mind where we go. What ever you want." Seeing the way the mother had reacted to her child being hurt had made Veronica think about her mother and how she use to react to her children being hurt before she was hurt. "So, you said something about how i was at least able to see my siblings. What did you mean by that?" she asked looking up at Jake as they walked down the hallway.
