Hi, newbie here with questions!

Hi!
I’ve just registered, and I have my character and everything, I just have a few questions! Sorry if some of them are silly.

Classes: How do I attend and do I need to attend regularly?

RP: How do I start a role play?? Do I ask someone, wait for a request, or just go to a place, e.g: The Great Hall, and start posting??

Friends: Since my character is a fifth year, I’m assuming they would have friends and such, or at least know people at Hogwarts already. Do I make these people up or request people on the site to be her friends?

House Points: How are house points earned?? And who awards them??

Name: How do I change the colour of my name??

Friends it would be best to ask. And I shall provide Oliver Krum transfer student to you
House points are give/taken during classes or in threads by prefects
Name color: the admin will do that for you on e your app is finished and accepted

Oh and I almost forgot I'm Cecilia. I'm bored and want to rp but have no one to rp with at the moment

Just to add on what to Cec said :

Classes: When you applied, you picked your classes. Just try to post in each class and you should be good. Right now, I think they are reconfiguring.

RP: The best thing to do is just post! But, you can also check Roleplay Request and Character Plots to plot with people and request threads.

Friends: The best thing to do is keep an eye out for potential friends. Fifth years (and especially ones in Hufflepuff) may be your best bet. Then, PM the person and ask to develop the relationship. Sometimes, you can also ask to have an established relationship. Say I had a fifth year Huffer, I'd message you saying "Hey, I read your application and our characters seem like they get along. Since they are the same House and age, could we perhaps say they met during their first year and have been study buddies and close friends ever since?"

House Points: They can also be given for keeping a class going or having creative plot twists. The best thing to do is stay active in classes.

Thanks. I posted a request in the RolePlaying Request forum, to see if someone else could get me started with a RP. I would like to RP with your character though, I read her profile and she sounds very interesting. I don't know if they'd get along either, but maybe there relationship could just start off rocky???
