CIVIL UNREST 3 - making an affray

We need some characters who don't have any strong political affiliations. Maybe your character just wants to keep out of trouble. Maybe they really don't care who's in charge. Maybe they're young and just don't really know a lot about politics.

What's important is for them to be able to join in some disruptions of the peace that are going to take place in the wizarding world. The side they're on will be more a matter of them sticking up for their mates than any political thoughts. Bystanders and gawkers are also welcome.

We're looking for people who can get drawn into the main plot gradually and flesh out numbers in a couple of fights that are going to get out of control and turn into riots. If you want to get your character into the main plot but can't think of a motivation for them, this is a great way to do it.

Henri Finch - she loves to get involved in anything big, but she has no political preference. IF someone asked her to make a scene, she would.

Then there's Penny Macnair, if she gets accepted. She'd be a perfect gawker.

Kingsley does not approve of he ministry system much, but he is not sure about the rebels just yet. He's likely to stand back and watch the events unfold before making a decision on who to support.

Alex Jones- He has no political preference, he's young, and just believes what he does is right. So he might be in some protesting.

Isaac Cohen would fit well into this group.

Angelique Pyrites instigator, taking advantage

Damon Ambrojze - vampire, bar-room brawler, taking advantage of the situation

Liesl Dolohov & Lucy Weasley - will stand up for friends & family

Eulalia Dafour - not impressed w/ the ministry, pacifist

Melinda Thorburn - bystander (community leader??)
