SNOW BALL FIGHT/ WINTER FUN

They had predicted that this winter would be a harsh cold one, and so far their predictions had turned out to be true. But, today was a practically calm day around Hogwarts where if one was quite bundled up they could go outside if they pleased to do so, which is exactly what Hayden had done. He hated being cooped up in the castle with its failing heating spells and boring school work. He looked around at a few other people who had dared the adventure as he had and smiled. Kneeling down he reached towards the white powder that covered the cold hard ground. Out of this he formed a snow ball by pressing the snow firmly between his hands. If he were to through this projectile at one of the un-expecting bystanders it would be sure to combust upon impact bringing the thirteen year old boy joy in seeing this wondrous site. Hayden to care to aim at a group of students who sat on a blanket not too far away with their backs to him, and with a smile he let the snow ball fly before sticking his hands in his pockets and acting nonchalantly about it all. All he wanted was a little fun. Before leaving the castle he had donned on multiple pairs of socks with his shoes, heavy jeans, a flannel shirt, a heavy winter coat, gloves, and a scarf in a array of darker colors in hopes of keeping himself warm.
Outfit

Henri had been wandering the grounds, enjoying the snow, and trying to get a real feel for the grounds. They had some green back in Salem, but not quite as much. They had a field for different sporting activities as well as the girl's fitness club, and they had a small courtyard, but the founders of the school hadn't seen what the girls would need with a lot of grounds. There was the orchard, however, but the girls were forbidden to go there. Too many had learned it was an ideal place to meet up with local muggle boys.

Just because there was a rule against it, though, didn't mean any of the girls had ever listened to it.

Hogwarts' grounds were much more impressive. The pitch, the forest, the rolling lawn, the lake. Henri found it was quite a lot to take in and she wanted to get a real feel for the landscape in case she ever needed to use it. As she walked, she scooped up some clear snow and packed it, before licking it as she went.

Chance would have it that she would pass a boy who was throwing a snowball. Henri smirked. Ah. Good ol' fashion fun. She was a bit far but she took up a strong stance, and hurled the snowball towards the boy. It was a bit off, so she flicked her wand. The snowball quivered midair and headed straight for the back of the boys' neck.

Audra was ice skating. She wasn't as bundled up as most of the other kids. Yes, she had taken the extra sweater and everything, but really, the weather didn't feel that extreme. It was a bit too humid for her taste, but other than that - it felt like a moderate winter. Maybe bit on the harsh side, but really, she had seen worse. You should ask about the New year that she celebrated on the other side of the polar circle, while visiting family in Russia.
Even tough Audra hated sports, she enjoyed ice skating. The freedom on the ice, the warmth and cold encircling her body, the fluent feeling, the feeling.. the feeling of flying on the ground, really. She had missed ice skating. She always missed ice skating. She found it odd that there weren't any boys on the ice, playing ice hockey, but then again, most of them probably were too cold and too wizard for that.

She had just gotten to the shore, where a group of people that she remembered from classes were sitting on a blanket. Hey, do you mind if I sit down a minute? I need to get my skates off... She trailed off, waiting expectantly, but they didn't get a chance to reply, as she was struck by a snow ball. In her surprise, she lost her balance and fell back in the snow. It's not that hard to do that, if you are standing on ice skates, while on ground. Looking up she saw a boy, and a girl behind him, trowing another snow ball. Oy, you! American chick! You are going to pay for this!, girl screamed, not even bothering to conceal the laughter and joy in her voice. She had missed the snowball fights, and getting thrown in the snow by attractive boys too.
Audra hastily took of her skates, sitting as she fell - in the snow, got up and ran towards the pair, grabbing and armful of snow on her way.
And then again... she had never been too good with snowballs. It flew few meters past them, threatening to hit yet another innocent bystander.

It was a nicer day than they had been having lately and the snow was so pretty. So a seventeen year old Cecilia Krum dressed warmly before going to brave the outside world. And as he luck would have it a few of her fellow students had started a snowball fight on the grounds and one of the projectiles just happened to hit her in the chest as she was walking almost knocking her on her butt. "Oh my god!" She shrieked as she knelt and gather a snow ball, "who threw that?" But with out waiting for an answer through her own at the nearest person

Nick looked outside and saw that it was nicer than it had been previously. So he dressed warmly and headed outside. And to his amusement a snowball fight was going on. An even sillier thing was the shriek that Cecilia made when she was hit with one. Nick walked beside her and said "aw did somebody almost get taken out by a snowball" as he brushed the snow off of her chest.

Henri grinned widely, watching the beautiful chaotic scene of frenzy unfold before her, glad to see that she had been the one to help escalate it. Sure, the original boy had instigated the madness, but she had been the one to further and escalate her. In her own vain, biased opinion, there would be no snow ball fight without her.

She was glad to be of assistance.

None of the new snowballs thrown seemed to be a threat to her, so she dropped to her knees to begin crafting a few. She looked up in time to see a boy generously wiping snow off of a girl's chest.

"HEY! DON'T TOUCH HER BOOBS, YOU PIG!" Henri yelled, hurling a snowball for his head. Obviously, Henri didn't care whether or not he touched her chest, but it made for a good excuse to throw things at him. And embarrass him.

Alex knew when there was conflict, even the smallest of conflict. And he wanted to be a part of it. As he walked through the snow filled grounds, a snowball flew past his face, Alex put his hand up, as it broke in his glove. It would've hit him, if it wasn't for the fact that Alex had lived around the world, and learned things. In Alex's mind, he was probably a God. He had dodged the snowball, from his reflexes coming from learning Kung Fu in China. Then he put his hand up, catching the snowball, from being a Goalkeeper as a kid. He saw a group of people, especially a cute redheaded girl. And where there were cute girls, there was a Alex. He realized it was the American girl. Right off the bat, that girl and Alex had something in common. His dad was American, and Alex had dual nationalities. Spanish, and American.

He picked up a ball, snow was a big part of the year over in Madrid, and that's why every year, the first day there was snow, every kid in his neighborhood walked out and started a snow ball fight. Parents and kids alike played. It was like war, one part of the street was one army, and the other was another. Alex was always a sniper. He picked up a ball, throwing the projectile straight at the American girls shoulder, because he didn't want to hurt her.

Henri was so pleased at her ability to pick out misbehaving children and humiliate them for their transgressions for normality, that she briefly forget the context in which this had been done. Somehow, the snow and the war around her was momentarily lost on her typically keen mind as she stared at the couple with a smug triumph. But those who flew too close to the sun...

A projectile made contact with her shoulder and she was thrown back into the reality of the cold, cruel world. A young lady with her back turned was just as much a target as anyone, it seemed. She turned, identifying her attacker just a bit off. She squatted, formed a tightly packed snowball, and hurled it at him it as she stood up straight.
