He still looks a lot like his mother but as he aged he seemed to look like his father as well. He doesn’t mention it but he has many scars from the Second War, he hides most of them because it bothers some people.

PERSONALITY: He's always been clumsy and forgetful but it isn't as bad now since he writes everything done and as he aged his coordination got better. He is brave but he doesn’t admit to anything he did during the Second War. He tries to forget the Second War most of the time. He hates that he is known for being a war hero; killing people that had families didn’t make him feel like a hero. He has always been loyal to his friends and still is even if they don't see each other on a regular basis much anymore. He cares a lot about his kids and sometimes gets a bit over protective of them. He has learned to take life slowly and to live in the moment, to be happy with what he has.

Early Years: Neville Longbottom was born on 30 July, 1980 to Aurors Alice and Frank Longbottom. Frank and Alice were tortured into insanity with the Cruciatus Curse. Afterwards Frank and Alice were sent to St Mungo's, where they would live the rest of their lives, not being able to recognize Neville despite all his visits.

Neville was raised by his paternal grandmother, Augusta Longbottom, whom was very demanding and stern. His relatives feared that Neville might be a Squib, though this was disproved when his great-uncle Algie was holding him out of a window by his feet when he was offered some lemon meringue and let go. His families kept trying to make Neville do magic putting his life in danger several times.

Adulthood: After graduating he spent two years as an Auror. He spent another two years traveling the world working with the plants. He returned to England he was able to get a job as the Herbology professor at Hogwarts. Not long after he got married to Hannah Abbott and had two kids. A few years ago he decided to leave his job at Hogwarts and look into possible getting another job in the Ministry once again. Then he left the Ministry and bough the Leaky Cauldron because he wanted to start a new chapter in his life. A life where his family is first once again like it had been in the beginning.

Hey. It may seem a little nitpicky or whatever, but did you know that the character history you've written up here is copied mostly directly from the HP wiki? Not the entire thing of course, and a few bits have been chop and changed a wee amount, but for the most part it seems as though it's just a trimmed version of the article there.

I can't really make you redo your app or anything, that's more an admin thing, but it is plagiarism, which breaks the rules I helped write up all those years ago, so if you could revisit the app and maybe just rewrite it in your own words, that'd be great.

In your own time of course, no particular rush or anything, but it's probably easier to do it now than to wait for the admins to take notice and start getting all bureaucratic on you, haha.
