Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

'Til My Last Breath Empty 'Til My Last Breath

'Til My Last Breath Leakycauldron
It was a cold autumn night and winter was almost here. Aria had snuck out of Hogwarts and into Diagon Alley. The young girl was in despite need of some good gossip and she could only think of one place to get that. The Leaky Caldron was her intended destination. On her walk she noticed how white flakes had begun to fall from the sky and though they had not yet begun to stick to the ground they did stick to her. She giggled and spun in a small circle and ran off toward where she wanted to go.
By time she reached the small pub that contained the passage from Diagon Alley to London, Arias nose and checks were a bright cherry red from the cold and she was happy to step into the pub. Carefully the young girl chose a table close enough to watch the few people that were in the normally very busy building. She ordered a cup of coffee and smiled to herself. Though she was disappointed there were not as many people as normal but she quietly and quickly shook that off.
Before she had left the school she had dressed in bright red skinny yeans with a sweatshirt and ankle booties with a stiletto heel. She also carried a back that read I mustache you a question.

'Til My Last Breath Empty Re: 'Til My Last Breath

Morrigan had been sitting in a quiet corner of the bar, listening to the hushed conversations of the very few people around her. She actually preferred it this way. It was much easier to over-hear people when the rest of the pub was generally quiet. She would much rather be taking part in a more exciting mission, but Aaron had told them to gather information and not to strike. She was finally being trusted to move out alone in the public, though that didn't keep her from drumming her fingers restlessly on the table out of boredom.

Were you here the other night when James Potter came barreling in, throwing a picture around of some girl?

Morrigan froze her fingers, listening hard. She knew the name 'James Potter.'

No, what was that all about then?

Well, Elijah Krum was here as well, and he took the Potter boy up to the bar, trying to calm him down a bit. Potter was visibly upset, and he had come in with another woman, a red-head. I believe she works as the Head of the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures up at the ministry, but the name escapes me. Anyway, I couldn't help but listen in. You know, being the son of Harry Potter and all. Seems he went and had a child of his own...with some woman named Jamie Prophet. Apparently, it was quite a few years ago, and she never told him. He was obviously very upset when he heard the news.

Oh, that poor boy. I can't imagine. After all the publicity with the deaths of his family, and to find out that you have a child you never knew about....

The rest of the conversation was cut off by the sound of the door leading from Diagon Alley opened and the sound of stilletoes against the wooden floor drowned out the voices. Morrigan regarded the newcomer coldly. She had interrupted the conversation she had been listening in on. Her interest in the girl became more piqued as she began to feel that she knew her. She looked oddly familiar.

Morrigan continue to watch the girl, the conversation at the next table now forgotten. Suspicions had arisen in her mind that this was a Greyback. One of Fenrir's bastard children who didn't give their heritage the respect it deserved. She would wait for a bit and see if she couldn't over-hear the child's name or get any more information on her by eavesdropping.

'Til My Last Breath Empty Re: 'Til My Last Breath

"Why of all days did she have to choose today to go out? And why at this time?"

Terra muttered about his younger sister as he walked through the snow that had begun to accumulate on the ground. He had seen her sneak out of the common room and because he felt that if something happened to her it would be his fault because he was older and he was expected to take care of his younger sibling - the ones that he knew about - he had followed her out.

The thing is that he at least wouldn't get in so much trouble for sneaking out since he was a seventh year and it was his last year. Now that he was of age, he would be able to go around on his own outside of the castle. Though he preferred to stay inside in the warmth of the common room. He didn't know what Aria was thinking when she snuck out. Was she meeting up with someone? Just trying to be rebellious or trying to find something?

He was going to bring her back to the castle though. He wasn't going to allow his younger sister to be out on her own. She was still young and didn't get the dangers around her outside the castle, not that the castle was that much safer. But he preferred to take his chances there instead of out here. He'd lost sight of Aria after a while because of the wind and snow picking up and now he was pretty much just roaming around looking for her.

"She is so dead after this."

Aria sighed.. This was no fun, no fun at all. There was nothing good happening and old people were so boring. Ordering another cup of coffee as she finished off the first one. Yawning the girl ran her hand through her long dark hair she had gotten from her mother, and wondered what her siblings were doing at the moment. 'Maybe I could get these old people to dance. That would be interesting,' she thought. But, how would she get them to do that. She sighed again and taped her finger on her chin as she thought of ways to make the old people more entertaining.

Morrigan continued to watch the girl, becoming ever more convinced that she was part of the Greyback crew. Her patience was wearing thin, and she was contemplating just leaving and not bothering about it. Being around Fenrir's dishonorable spawn had a tendency to get her into trouble. She doubted the Dark Lord would be too thrilled with the public execution of one of the pups when they were supposed to be keeping a low profile at the moment. However, her curiosity remained piqued enough for her to stay just a bit longer.

((Gonna have to give me something to work with. Morrigan is violent and rash, but not stupid enough to go after someone with no provocation. Need to have the Greyback name said aloud or something..... ))
