ringing into the holiday spirit

It was another cold windy day as Sophia walked through the crowded street of Hogsmeade heading towards the three broomsticks. Sophia loved days like these, the sun setted early and she could stay out longer. Sophia hated hot days,she couldn't stay out late and it was just to hot for her taste. Hurrying to the three broomsticks Sophia finally reached it much to a great relief to her. Pushing open the door the bell tinkled above her head as she walked into the crowded pub.

Walking up to the bar she gave the bartender a soft warm smile. "May I have a butterbeer please?"Sophia asked the bartender as he set down his rag and gotten her a glass and poured butterbeer in her. As the bartender set her glass down in front of her Sophia gotten out her money and set it down on the bar. "Thankyou, keep the rest as tip."said Sophia giving the bartender a soft warm smile before taking her drink. Turning around she looked around the packed pub for a place to sit but sighed as she didn't see one. "Why can you never find a place to sit when you want one?"Sophia asked herself softly.

Looking around the packed pub once again she seen a couple of students getting up and leave the pub. Heading quickly over towards the table near the window Sophia knocked into someone as her butterbeer went flying everywhere. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry are you ok?"Sophia asked the guy softly. Sophia was wearing a white long sleeve shirt with gold sparkles all over it with black jeans and boots with a black leather jacket over it. Her hair today was red and wavy casding down her back with a hat that was on her head.

Soph's look

Nick had been the only person to not graduate with the rest of his class. His older brother would hang that over his head forever. Nick was freezing, he hated cold days like this, he had prefered days like in the autumn, not to cold but not hot. He walked in the three broomsticks and scanned the room. He saw many old people to the right and a lot of his classmates to the left.

He went to the left and saw a bunch of Ravenclaws leaving a table. As they walked by him they had shouldered him. Just because they have the most house points doesn't mean they have to act like that. He saw his his friend Sophia walk into a guy and make him drop his stuff. "It's not polite to walk into people, you know."

"it's ok Sophia, no harm done and nice to see you again!"said the boy as he walked off towards his friends. Hearing a familiar voice Sophia turned and looked at Nick and gave him a soft warm smile. "Hello Nick, long time no see!"said Sophia softly as she gotten out her wand and flicked it at her glass as it refilled. "The last time I saw you was.... god I don't even know."said Sophia chuckling. "Come lets go sit down."said Sophia softly leading Nick towards her table.

"I take that Ravenclaw is in the lead at Hogwarts?"Sophia asked him frowning as a ravenclaw glared at them but she simply glared back. But the term wasn't over, they still had time to get the House Cup. Sophia remember a bunch of times she worked so hard to get Gryffindor some house points, she also remember losing a fair few in her years there. "Don't worry, Gryffindor will get ahead and we'll win the house cup!"said Sophia softly.
