Charlie smiled when she hugged him, he wasnt so happy with her right now but whatever. Relieved when she let him go, he decided to change the subject. 'So, why exactly are you best friends with Daryn? He's so mean to you.."

Darren was watching them from a distance, he rolled his eyes when Gin hugged him, although he knew they couldnt see. Sighing, he looked back at the lake thoughtfully.

Thinking about Charlie's question, she had been asked this before but the question just wasn't so easy to answer. The thing was that she never really knew, it wasn't that he was mean to her, as he wasn't, no in her eyes at least. "When was he mean to me?" Ginevra asked, her face going confused. "You guys never seem to get to see the side of him that I do, the side that actually does give a crap about something." Knowing Darren usually gave of the uncaring image, she had to grin at it as even the thought made her laugh. He was just as protective as she was, though only at times.

Darren smirked as he heard Gin. He was quite pleased that she thought of him as her best friend, although that probably only was cause Freddy wasnt here, but also pissed off at Charlie for many reasons. Expecially since he had interupted their previous conversation..

Waiting for Charlie to reply, Ginevra's gaze moved towards the sky. She really had to think of reasons why she was always considering Darren as her best frined, but then again she had to think of reasons at to why he wouldn't be. It was just an unexplanable thing. Even though she knew Darren had the times where he didn't think she thought of him as a best friend because of Freddy of someone like that, she didn't bother to remind him over and over as he could think what he wanted, Ginevra knew what she thought though, which was what counted if choosing who she considered what.

'he shouted at you before' Charlie answered, shooting an angry look at Darryn, who was obviously eavesdropping, hypocrite!. 'wow! I never knew Daryn actually gave a crap about something..'

Ginevra shrugged when Charlie gave his point at to why, she was just as guilty as he was. "I shouted right back, so can't say much about that." she told him, as it was the truth. It happened often, though sometimes it was just bickering that mean't next to nothing. Laughing when Charlie said he hadn't known that Darren gave a crap about something, she grinned. "Well, he does, just takes a lot to notice."

Charlie rolled his eyes when she defended him. 'Yeah a LOT' he said, still not really knowing why she was best friends with him.

Ginevra couldn't help but defend Darren, it was just the first thing she thought of doing when Charlie had questioned against him. "I need anger managment sometimes, can't help but scream back at him." she really did think she let her anger get the best of her at times, but then again, it came in handy for not letting Darren scream at her and not being able to not scream back at him when she needed to.
