The Great Lake

"I never wanted to," he said monotonly again acting like nothing happened "you attacked me so I defended myself"

Zoe was kind of out of it. She heard the conversation between Darren and Danny. She knew what it was like to not be able to trust. Look at her life. It had all fell apart. But what snapped her back to attention was when Darren say Mugblood. That hurt. After all she was half. Even though she claimed the Witch side on not her muggle side. All Zoe could do was stand and look at Darren.

Darren looked at Zoe, who was glaring at him. He didnt know why, but he didnt care either. "Look, im not in the best of moods right now so just leave me alone" he said to Danny.

"Sorry Darren sometime I forget who you are and things. I mean you are a great guy to be around but you can be so closemindied. I was offended by your comment of Mugblood. Because if you remember I am half. It isn't my fault that I am. If I had a choice I would be full blooded but I can't help my father had a weak moment and fell in love with a muggle who just out of the blue decided to leave. I mean I have every right as the next to hate muggles but I am not judgeing everyone for one person actions. I'm sorry that you are not in a good mood. I don't know what changed it because you were earlier. I'm here if you need to talk. Just remember that, ok." Zoe said as she gave him a soft smile.

"I'm going to go pick up some rocks to toss if your still here Ill check back in and see how you are." Zoe said as she turned to walk away.

After taking a few steps she turned around to watch Darren. She turned back to pick up rocks.

(Danny was still mad at the fact people had to call each other mudbloods. HE was pure blood and yet he hated himself for even saying it.) "Heres something to think about Darren," he said to him "if you despise 'mudbloods' then your really despising wizards themselves."

Zoe sat down on a nearby log. She looked out across the lake.

Darren smiled slightly. Zoe was a good friend, unlike other people. He ignored Danny, he was just trying to annoy him, and decided to do his homework as he was doing nothing else at the moment..

Elizabeth walked out to the great lake and she was in no mood for someone to bother her about Malfoy. She took a walk around but saw some familiar faces.

Zoe sat beside the lake. She turned to look again at Darren, he was doing work so maybe his mood had changed. She also saw Elizabeth walking down toward the lake. Zoe decided to wave at her.

Trist decided that he needed some fresh air and what better way to get some than going for a walk down by the lake.
