"As ready as I always am," James replied to Sawyer, letting out a reluctant grin.
Order meetings always caused James to be uptight, a characteristic which Sawyer rarely saw in his cousin. Peeling off his gloves and shoving them in his leather jacket, James strode up to Sawyer and gripped his hand in a brotherly shake.
"The address is Number 12 Grimmauld Place," James murmured into Sawyer's ear as he gripped his hand, so that Sawyer would be able to see the place.
James waited a few moments for recognition of the new building appearing between 11 and 13 to appear on Sawyer's face, then grasped his cousin by the shoulder briefly before letting go and leading the way to the door. It was good to have Sawyer there. Someone whom he trusted, and he knew would be there to back him up...or vis-versa.
James entered Order Headquarters, and made his way towards the room where they held their meetings. He paused as he saw a Patronus pacing up and down the hallway. James continued on to the meeting room, vaguely curious, as he could not recall knowing anyone with that particular Patronus. Seeing Jess, James entertained a sudden hope that perhaps this meeting would go a bit better than the last.
"I brought a friend sympathetic to our cause," James announced as he entered the room, moving to the side so that everyone could see Sawyer, "Meet Sawyer Weasley, my cousin, and Charlie Weasley's son."
((Sorry for any slight god-modding. Wanted to get us up to the introduction.
