Rookie and Pro

Caleb opened the gates of D'eath Manor reluctantly, this was the first time he'd been there, and although he knew where to go, the Manor just creeped him out in general; for some reason he didn't overly-trust wizards in masks and cloaks. He looked at the mark on his right arm, the dark mark, it was almost the initialisation test for some, and he hoped he had passed. He'd met Aaron, but not for very long, and had to ask Sofie some questions regarding how everything worked, how the hierarchy worked, and how to become the Lord's right-hand although he knew not to ask Sofie that question unless he wanted to be skinned alive, everyone knew Sofie was Aaron's right. His scar was stinging slightly, but he knew he hadn't been summoned.

Caleb walked along many hallways, looking at doors before seeing one which read,
And he immediately knew this is where she would be, he knocked on the door briefly, before a long pause in which he let out a deep cough, ''Sofie it's me Caleb"
