An Itch

Sofie knew that it would be hard to get a talk with the assistant director of St. Mungo's- until it struck her that the best way to get information was to check in. However, Mungo's had only been taking in the sickest of the sick, and even less than that number. So Sofie had to do something a tad regrettable, and fake the truth.

She knocked the door of Sophia's office, a minute early for their appointment. The appointment was a medical consultation regarding Sofie's little sister, Grete. Grete was fine back in Russia, but who here would have the resources to confirm that? Sofie wanted to inquire after the hospital and see if she trusted it for Grete. Really, she wanted to know if she could trust the Director, Ms. Lupin.

Or so she had said anyway.

She cracked the door open. "Ms Granger? It's Sofie- I have an appointment."

Sophia looked up from the pile of paperwork on her desk and smiled. "Ah... Yes, Sofie Elkin."said Sophia softly. "So your sister has the sickness right?"Sophia asked her scanning over the paperwork Hannah filled out. Sophia didn't ask why she didn't go to Khaat the director first for she knew it was impossible, to get her unless your dying. Hell, it was even hard to get her seeing how she was assistant director. "Where is your sister Sofie, I would like to see her and look at her."said Sophia.

Sophia dealed with a million of sick people a day, and some of them died while she treated them. "I just need to see how bad the sickness got into her system."said Sophia explaining everything to her. Alot, of people asked her why she was going to look at them, so Sophia always explained before doing anything.

Sofie entered and sat across from Sophia. "Grete is with her grandmother in Paris, trying to enjoy the fresh air. I know that to look after her properly, you'd have to see her, but my mother sent me here to inquire after the facilities. My mother is a nervous woman, terrible anxieties, and she refuses to admit Grete anywhere without being assured of the facilities."

Sofie paused. "She also doesn't trust the government, and with your director so closely associated, she just wanted me to inquire about the authorities here. I was just hoping to find out some information, especially about Ms Lupin."

Sophia nodded understanding where the women was coming from, but St. mungos was the safest places there was. "I understand, but I must say that St. Mungos is the safest place there is."said Sophia. In all her years as a healer she nevered encountered this before but it was the first for everything. "I believe that our facilities, are great they work hard and they love what they do."said Sophia softly. As she asked about Khaat she looked at her confused. "What would you want to know? I mean you know she's director and the minister daughter."said Sophia. sophia wanted to know what else she wanted to know before she spilled anything about Khaat or the Lupins.

Sophia was very close to them, not to mention very protected of them as well. Alot of people were after her now, she didn't know why it wasn't like she knew much.

Sofie smiled politely, saying, "I know it sounds crazy for me to come in and questioning the most sound institution in the country. Please understand, it's not my concerns I bring but those of my mother's- as I said, she's nervous and has several anxiety disorders. Had I full custody over Grete, she would be under your care. My mother is too weak to ask her questions herself, so I am here in her place."

Sophia wanted direct questions and Sofie responded, "My mother is a family person. Does Khaat have a family? Is she a mother? It is a family creed to do business with parents- a parent understands why parents might be a little over protective of their children."
