Ryo had started getting a bit preoccupied with the creatures that were near him, which meant that when Jack had started walking down the hall again he hadn't exactly noticed, until she was a bit further ahead of him. He looked back and forth between her and the creatures there and he set off after her. Good thing he was a fast runner. When he caught up to her, after listening to what she said he answered, "Seems easy enough. Shouldn't be a problem." simply.

He stopped quickly when she suddenly crossed his path so he didn't bump into her and he watched Jack look through a bunch of clipboards. Ryo took the clipboard from her when she handed it to him and he read through it. "Alright. I can handle doing this." he muttered softly to himself. Guess it was a good thing his uncle had made him do cleaning around the manor during the summer, that way now he wouldn't slack off when he was cleaning the stalls and paddocks.

He had agreed to all she had offered for him. Thus far, she was not too confident in him, as his drive did not seem to be all there. She again reminded herself that the interns were still students and she had better lessen her expectations. She always assumed that they must all be like herself or Teddy- ridiculously involved and always trying to get another task done. They were students- they had to be spoon fed inspiration.

His interest was lingering on the animals, Jack could tell. She thought perhaps it'd be best to let him get to it. She paused, before tearing a piece of paper from one of the sign up sheets and scrawling the name Selene Brun. She handed it to Ryo. "Work with her- she's an intern I trust. And with that I leave you to get to work. Any questions?"
