"How's the timetable? A bit sh*t, aren't they?" Damien's entrance into the classroom was swift and almost silent. He wasn't one for attention, and sneaking around and in was possibly the only way he considered decent introduction to anywhere, especially when there was going to be a substantial number of people there. Still, the boy was mildly satisfied to find the room already almost filled. Unlike previous years, he had steadily learnt sociology of school. While being one of the earliest students in class used to be his typical practice, the boy had discovered how much easier it was to be a moment later than when most of the others have settled in. That way, the likelihood of having someone appalling sit next to you was greatly reduced. In fact, one could even choose a far more suitable placement.
"Take yours out, Dae. I want to see it." He turned and wait for his cousin to do so accordingly, patiently; until a loud bang jolted him from the brief peace of his bubble, bringing with it his brother's presence into the class. Typically, Damien would have readily scowled at the noise. Fortunately, he was a far more prejudiced person than he might seem to be, only on first glance. Instead, the boy turned his attention immediately to Alistair, smirking in satisfaction at every word pronounced to the class. Damien didn't disappoint, though, with his generosity of scowls to the late-comers. It was fortunate, then, that Georgia had made it just in time to sit on his other side, before Alistair announced the start of class.
