Having to be mature and responsible all the time has been tearing at him for a long time. Behind his manners and long conversations with very large words is a rebel yearning to be. He secretly loves flying because his parents hate it and he likes breaking the rules once in a while. The good thing about being so well-educated he could get away with it.

CHARACTER HISTORY

Early Years: From the age of two he was taught to have proper manors and that education came before pleasure. It was no surprise he started to read at two and a half and write at three. While other kids played, he spent time learning. He never learned to ride a bicycle instead his parents taught him French. He never learned to climb a tree; instead he learned how to climb the business ladder. He was ten years when his Uncle Bryan let him ride a broom at his house while spending the week with him. He fell instantly in love with Quidditch but his father found disapproved of his new hobby.
Hogwarts Years: He was instantly put into Ravencalw without a second thought on the Sorting Hat’s side. Later that week, he got a letter from his dad saying how proud he was of him being put into his house. He spent most of his time studying but he also loved to play Quidditch and he had the right built to play too.
Adulthood: Hasn’t happened yet.

Murray loved the feeling of the wind in his hair as he flew across his Uncle’s estate land. He loved the way his new Firebolt flew, it was amazing. He couldn’t believe his uncle had gotten this for him. He kept swaying left and right scaring birds that were sitting in the trees. He stopped swaying once he nearly hit a bird that got rather confused. He never wanted to stop flying. He could die right not mid-air and he wouldn’t care. He felt so free while flying while soon as he landed on the ground it was back to studying. He didn’t want to study so much but that’s what made his parents happy, so he did it. He just wished they would just be happy with his love of Quidditch but that will never happen. At least his father never would be.
