For some reason, things seemed to be much cooler that night when Danny walked into Hogsmeade. He was literally shocked to see that he needed to wear a sweatshirt that day, and jeans as well. He had been wanting a night like that for a while now, plus there wasn't as much humidity in the air as there had been before. A pleasant surprise for an otherwise dreary day. Well, at least for Danny who had spent the last 12 hours finding clues and other hints about his missing brother. Where the devil could he be anyway? He only got a couple pieces of info from Jack, but even then he didn't really trust her. Sure, she was his friend and all, but she didn't seem like she really wanted to help search for the guy. Maybe Andrew had done something, something awful. He wasn't even positive about that, but it sounded like he made a lot of enemies...that never was any good.
But right now, he just wanted to relax and get drunk a little bit. Maybe not drunk, but just liven up his night a little. He was lucky to have made his last investigation place near Hogsmeade, since he could just stop right by the Three Broomsticks in the process. Danny was on the edge of town as he started to have some momentary flashbacks about being there. It had only been two or three years since he last stepped in this place, yet the area was imprinted in his mind. He had a lot of great times here, and he definitely made his mark on the place. No idea if they tried to erase his mark at all, but it was written in broken down walls after all.
Ahh, Hogsmeade.
Danny walked for a little bit and stopped in front of the Three Broomsticks, pushing the door open and stepping inside. The place hadn't changed at all, everything left the same way it was when he had left three years ago. Casually walking towards the bar area, he quickly sat down on one of the stools and looked for the barkeep. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that they had been serving butterbeer that night. That instantly put a smile on his face. When the keep made his way towards the young adult, Danny quickly said "Can I get a butterbeer?" The barkeep nodded and then proceeded to pour a mug out and slid it over to Danny. Wrapping his fingers around the mug, he quickly drained about 30% of the drink before setting it back down on the counter. Man he missed that drink.
