Werewolf to Hogwarts

Brandon boarded the train and got a compartment to himself.

He didn't want to talk to anyone. Not anyone at all. Now that he was a werewolf, he was depressed and angry. His friendliness was completely gone and his communication with human was low. He spent his time in silence, either frowning or moping. Brandon was a mess and it was all because he was turned.

Hopefully the compartments wouldn't be too full and his depression would repel people so no one asked to sit with him. Thaw would be a real disaster.

Damn.

It wasn't even the first day back to school yet and it already started. Sarah, the Veela girl who was obsessed with him, had apparently been waiting for him and his sister to be dropped off at the station by their uncle because she'd almost threw herself onto him when they arrived. He'd barely even gotten out of the car and she'd just jumped on him from behind, sending both of them hurling forward and causing him to hit his head on the top of the car.

"Damn it Sarah! What the hell is wrong with you?!"

He'd screamed at the girl who had her hands covering her mouth when she realized that he was bleeding from the top right of his forehead. He'd hit his head on a piece of metal that was sticking out of the car that his uncle had been meaning to fix. Ryo raised his hand to the injury and winced a bit as he touched it. Sarah immediately lunged forward when she saw the blood on his hand as he stared at it. She wanted to heal it but knowing how she was, she'd probably end up making it worse, so he just pushed her away and walked toward the entrance to Platform 9 3/4.

His sister caught up with him and as much as either of them didn't want to talk to each other, she did it anyways. "You know she just cares about you. She loves you Ry." Sayuri said before starting to walk a bit ahead of him. Ryo looked at the figure of his sited as she disappeared through the entrance. It wasn't what she said to him that bothered him, it was the fact that she'd called him Ry, she hadn't done that since they were little kids. He looked to the side and brushed it off as he went through the entrance to the platform.

I can't love her back though. I don't feel the same way, and I have Evalyn.

He thought as he entered the train. After six years of getting on it, or seven years now, the way it looked didn't even matter to him anymore. He just boarded the train and looked for somewhere to sit. Mort of the compartments seemed to be full already and he searched further and further into the back as he noticed that most people didn't want to sit back there anymore. Something or someone must be making them afraid to sit back there.

"Ry-Ry!"

He heard a familiar squeaky voice and he stiffened. He turned his head a bit to see Sarah running at him from down the hall. He swallowed hard and turned to run into the opposite direction. His vampire speed began to take it's course and soon he was very far ahead of her. But he knew she would eventually catch up, especially if he ran out of where to run. He hesitated for a moment before nearly jumping into the compartment nearest to him. He sighed softly as he saw Sarah pass without noticing him, and suddenly he was overtaken by a strong scent. He frowned as he recognized it as the scent of a werewolf and he turned to see a boy probably his age sitting there alone, and without noticing his eyes turned red as he stared at the wolf.

Brandon looked up when he saw another person run lightning-fast into his compartment. His eyes turned red. "Oh shit!" Brandon said. He was a new werewolf. He didn't know how to defend himself against enemies yet. It was abrupt how the vampire had just stormed in. Of all of the compartments he could have barge into, why did it have to be his? Just my luck! he thought angrily.

He gripped onto his wand in his pocket just in case he needed to pull it out quickly.

Attack him. You know you want to.

The vampire inside him hissed at the boy. Ryo winced a bit as he heard the words the vampire kept repeating at him. Attack? Why? He hadn't done anything to him. He seemed harmless enough, and it didn't seem like he'd been a wolf for very long. Ryo looked down slightly, allowing his hlbangs to cover his eyes, so they weren't visible and he smirked. He wasn't gonna attack him with no reason.

Why not? Because he hasn't done anything to you? Yet. Don't you get it? We have to get rid of them at this state, or else they'll kill you afterwards!

The vampire continued to try and poison his mind. But Ryo had grown far to used to his threats and way of explaining things to be affect by that. He wasn't going to do it. No matter what the vampire inside told him, he wasn't going to attack the wolf without an actual reason. He wasn't going to hurt anyone for no reason, not again. He didn't want what happened with his sister to happen with anyone else.

That wasn't for no reason! She got you to the point where you did that. It was her own fault, don't let that stop you from getting what you want!

The vampire screamed. What he wanted? And what would that be? Ryo kept his gaze down as the vampire began to whisper at him softly, as he began to tell Ryo what it was that they were after. What ... they were after ... and what exactly would that be?

Blood.

Ryo's eyes widened and turned a dark blood red color. Blood. That's what all Vampires are after. You want blood. His blood. Imagine how the blood of your mortal enemy would taste. You let that girl get away from us, don't let this one do the same.

That girl? Risé. She was different though. He didn't want to hurt her, he didn't want her blood. He didn't, didn't he? Ryo lifted his head to look at the wolf again, his fangs out a bit and his eyes a dark red. The sign that he wanted blood. But his expression was kind ... and almost sad. An expression a blood thirsty vampire who had given into his vampire side wouldn't have. He was fighting the vampire, he didn't want to hurt the kid there.

He opened his mouth a bit to speak and his eyes darted down to see that he was going for his wand. "You don't need it." he said in a voice that almost didn't sound like it was his. "I'm not going to hurt you." he added softly, as his eyes began to change colors to a lighter red slowly.

Brandon was relieved. The vampire wasn't going to attack. He took a breath of relief and put his hood over his head. That was a shock. The vampire's eyes started to lighten up. At one point they were dark red and ready to attack. He loosened his tight grip on his wand and massaged his hand. Brandon nodded at him.

Moping was the only thing Brandon was good at these days. He was depressed and miserable. Being a werewolf sucked. He was nothing more than a dog now. Before he knew it, the Ministry would be putting him on a leash. He took out a bottle and drunk some of his Wolfbane's potion that his mum had brewed for him.

You idiot! Why would you let an opportunity like that get away?!

The vampire screamed at him. He wasn't going to hurt anyone because they didn't do anything to him. Besides the result of his last fight with a werewolf didn't exactly end well for him ... or the werewolf. Mostly for the werewolf though, but he ended up with some pretty bad wounds that had already healed thanks to his advanced healing abilities that come with being a vampire, but they were scars now. Had they been caused by a human there would be no marks on him whatsoever, but being caused by a werewolf, there were marks now, marks that he wouldn't be able to get rid of.

But you won! No one cares about the werewolf now. And I'm sure this kid doesn't even know anything about that. Maybe his creator did but he obviously doesn't. He's a little lost pup now. Nothing but a filthy dog.

The vampire made Brandon seem like he was worthless. Wait, now that he looked at him better, without the anger of the vampire clouding his judgement, Ryo recognized him. "Brandon. That's your name right?" he asked, trying to ignore the vampire, who's anger still showed dully in his eyes. He recognized Brandon from the Hufflepuff common room. They were in the same year and everything he believed. So it really wasn't a good idea to get into a fight with him here and now. They would be sharing a dorm for the next year and he didn't want any rivalry to ruin his last year in Hogwarts.

So you know him? You really are pathetic. You can't harm anyone that you've known even if it was for a millisecond. Maybe you should just let him kill you.

The anger of the vampire began to well again, and it began to show in Ryo's eyes again. But he made sure to keep himself calm and collected, to show Brandon that he wasn't going to hurt him, even if it could seem like that because of the vampire's anger. He felt his hand twitch at his side, and he knew the vampire was trying to take control of his body now. Ryo lifted his other arm and held onto the arm that was starting to be taken over by the vampire casually, making it seem like nothing was happening.

Brandon had been hoping the vampire was done with him and he would walk away. But then he asked about his name. He loosened the string around his hood so his face wasn't hidden as much. "Yes," he said quietly. "That's my name. I'm sure you recognized me as the friendly, social kid who everyone loved. I don't know where he is now...." His voice trailed off. "Your name's Ryo, right?" he asked in the same quiet voice. Brandon loosened his hood a little more. It was progress. The more he loosened his hood, the more social he would be.

One string of his sweatshirt hung inside, the other out. His hood had still covered one of his eyes. Brandon uncovered his eye and the world was darker from his view. His pupil had been absorbing more light from the darkness and it slowly shrunk now that it was exposed to the light.

Ryo scoffed at the Vampire and sighed. He had a point, Brandon seemed so insecure about himself now, and any other Vampire would've jumped at the chance to get rid of him. Like this, a werewolf wouldn't want to defend themselves and they'd be easy prey for anyone. But Ryo didn't like doing that to people, if they didn't fight back it wasn't worth it. And that doesn't mean that he actually did go after Werewolves, he didn't like to fight anyone if they weren't fighting back.

You're stupid, just like him. Like you said before, any other Vampire would jump at this opportunity. Even another Werewolf would jump at this. But you're too stupid to do anything. You're a pathetic excuse for a Vampire.

Ryo winced at the Vampire's words and he slowly crumpled down onto the floor. His eyes were widened and they were a dark red again. But it was a murky red, but dark nonetheless. The Vampire was trying to take his body over to attack Brandon and Ryo couldn't even respond to his question about his name. He threw himself backwards to ward the door, slamming himself into it, trying to keep the Vampire from taking over. He was gasping for air and there was a little stream of blood coming from his lip as he sank his own fangs into his lip.

Blood. You want blood. You know you do. Take it from him.

Ryo went limp for a few moments as the Vampire hissed these words at him, but he still wouldn't listen. If he wanted blood, he would take the blood from the body they shared, but he would not take anyone else's, Ryo refused to allow that to happen. He wasn't going to hurt anyone.
