I have to say, I have been very upset by this whole process. There's two ways to be handling apps.
Give everyone the same standard. If this was true, there are many other characters on this site running around who should have been stopped as mine was, for they seem to exist for one purpose, if that. There are some without one at all.
Or you can take it situation by situation. I suppose I had put too much invested in your opinion of me. One of the most active posters, always incredibly involved with the plot- I didn't think there would be any distrust if I asked an admin to go out on a limb and trust me when I was making a character.
As far as I see it, this character is my artistic property and so long as my property doesn't impede anyone else's or someone lessen the site, I don't know why I must be asked to change her. I have plans for her I did not want to disclose on an application. I know exactly how underdeveloped she appears, but I know exactly where I am building her towards.
I have been very disappointed.
However, I have made the changes on the application because I want to enjoy the freedom of writing my character. I have added more traits and goals to show she is not geared to do one thing, but also wishes to be a socialite and has a need to impress people, like most fourteen year old girls.
