Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Nemo paused in the night as an expression which wavered between one of befuddlement and one of amusement overthrew his facial features, despite Jack's inability to witness the gesture. 'What the hell?' He mouthed against the black. But his curiosity was undeniable, "A cup? Where does it all go?" He cast a fruitless glance downward, where he believed his feet to be and briefly attempted to recall the last time he'd exchanged his stale socks for a freshly laundered pair - before he was drawn outward once more by the realization that there was work yet to be done.

He flinched beneath Jack's touch and hastily raised his left fist in preparation to strike. But the coiled arm faltered when Jack spoke, and he unwound the weapon, returning it to his side. "Surprised..." Nemo grumbled. No. Not right. Nope. You don't get to be surprised. Not anymore. His thoughts corrected, but went unvoiced by Nemo when the heat in his temple reminded him that Jack may have sustained injury.

"Hey," He asked for her attention as he steadied himself with her aid, "Are you alright? Is there any blood coming out of you? You missing any limbs?" he inquired, his hands resting on her shoulders.

"I dunno, mate," she answered back, regarding her random fact, speaking in her usually elevated volume. "It soaks into your shoes, probably. That's why your shoes always stink," she teased him. With this random conversation, they drew nearer to each other and to safety. It was as if the two did not want to discuss the deaths of their rivals, for guilt would surely consume the two unstable individuals more quickly than darkness had consumed the street.

They reached and she could feel his body tense, before it relaxed. He let her help him stand and then asked her of her health. She gripped her arms. "I have a small burn and my elbow's bleeding, but it's nothing. 'Tis but a scratch," she quoted. She paused, her guilt and worry finally starting to overcome her need to feel less defeated after the strange encounter. "We need to find Nikolai and Martin and then get somewhere we can see,"
