MIRROR OF ERISED: Beatrice can't really be said to have one greatest desire. Her wants change on a whim and certainly trusting her is a mistake. She's pushing the "enslavement of the muggle race" angle right now, though.
PERSONALITY: Some may call Bea a little unbalanced. If she heard them, she would probably do something unmentionable to them. Unmentionable because it would involve the removal of their tongues and then they literally couldn't mention it. Although Beatrice has her own special brand of malevolence, she is far from insane.
Given the opportunity, Beatrice will almost always do something awful, and if she is not doing something awful then you'd better be twice as worried because there's almost certainly a reason.

Early Years:
The first thing Beatrice can remember vividly is being interviewed by a social services worker. This woman has been sent from the Ministry of Magic, although Beatrice doesn't know that yet. Her parents are getting divorced and the woman keeps reminding Bea that it is not her fault. Beatrice thinks this woman is incredibly stupid. Of course it's not her fault. She simply sits on the other side of the table and waits for the woman to get to the point. Eventually, there is a tingling down Bea's arm and when it reaches her fingertips, the sheaf of papers next to the woman's hand goes up in smoke.
Time passes. Beatrice's father won custody, even though he was a muggle. Not even a muggleborn, a complete muggle! Cue the playground scene.
It is a private school, because Beatrice's father has heard pureblood children are tutored before they go to Hogwarts and he doesn't want his daughter to start at a disadvantage. Each day, Beatrice walks past the cool group. They sit on the fence next to the gate right up until the bell rings and make their judgement. You have to pass them.
On the day their leader flicks her gum into Beatrice's hair, her own hair begins to fall out. There is no evidence, but she knows who to blame. Everyone knows that odd things happen around the Baker girl.
Hogwarts Years: For Beatrice, Hogwarts means respite. For once, nobody is trying to hurt her, or blame her, or irritate her. She is sorted, she sleeps, she studies, she eats. She reads, she learns, she casts spells and brews potions.
She meets these mysterious purebloods she has heard so much about, but knows so little of. They don't seem so different, but they carry themselves with a pride she knows she doesn't possess.
Adulthood:
After she graduated, the first thing Beatrice did was move out of her father's house. The second thing she did was have her name legally changed, though she'd been using it privately in any case.
There are some other trivial things. She travelled, like most people do once they escape the bonds of organised education; she worked, briefly and unsuccessfully as she tried to find something she enjoyed; she even tried volunteering.
Then, there is a blank. Or rather, there is a part of her memory that Beatrice simply doesn't like to touch. She presumes it's bad memory modification, whether her own or someone else's, but has never had it examined by a professional. Partly because she is a criminal. Obviously she can't simply walk into St Mungos and demand to be cured. Partly because it might be deliberate. She may have had someone do it to her for a purpose. And partly because she likes herself as she is. What if she had it fixed, and turned into somebody she didn't like?
