The night goes on I'm fading away

Sophia could hear Andrian calling out to her begging her to wake up, she wanted to answer him back but her body was to weak to wake-up. Yes, Sophia Annabelle Granger was in St. Mungo's hospital. But only this time, she wasn't the healer she's simply a patient that was in desperate need of some help. Sophia wanted to wake up so badly to tell Andrian that she was going to be ok but she couldn't. It was like she was stuck in a nightmare that she couldn't wake up from.

Only thing difference from it, it was real and it was happening and there was nothing she could do to stop it if she tried. Even though she wasn't awake Sophia felt cold and almost life less which was weird seeing how she was aways cold being a vampire. She knew she was fading fast and she was hanging on by a thread for dear life. Feeling herself in Andrian's arms she remembered what happened at the Leaky Cauldron. Sophia felt herself shutting down more and more much to her dismay. "No, I have to wak ep I just have to!" Sophia thought to herself.

Sophia was in a coma but she was still able to hear what people were saying but she knew it wouldn't be long before she wouldn't or maybe she was really in a coma and she just heard Andrian's voice. But then she remembered she could read minds so maybe she was just hearing Andrian's thoughts. Sophia didn't know, but all she really wanted was to get out of this horrible nightmare she was in. Although Sophia knew she couldn't by herself, she needed some help at lease.

Andrian appeared out of thin air in the middle of the hospital. He held Sophia in his arm and started rushing to the closest spare room he could find and laid her gently on the bed. 'Stay with me Sophia!' he said, his voice terrified as he stroke her hair gently. He didn't know what to do, usually he always knew what to do but this time he didn't. Andrian had never worked with this 'sickness'. Andrian started to wander if he should call a nurse or a healer. Both! he thought he needed the help and started to make his way to the door. 'I need a healer!' he yelled out, bracing himself by placing his hands on the door frame. 'And a nurse as well,' he quickly yelled out. He then turned around again and took his place next to Sophia again, stroking her hair gently. 'Don't worry Sophia. I'm here, i'm here. I'm not going anywhere. I'll fix you up,' he reassured her. He was trying his best to be strong for her, but secretly inside he was terrified. He didn't want to lose her. He had no idea what to do. 'Healer!' he yelled out. 'Whats taking so long, i need help!'

Mariana, who was in the hall by pure luck monitoring some of the students over the night was taking a third coffee leaning to a wall. Her thoughts were still coherent enough though she was drained. Her uniform was still on her, as it was inprudent to walk around the hospital in her everyday clothes. The coughs still came and left as they pleased only in time it was getting more often.

She heard Andrian yell from the other hall about 10 feet away from her. No one seemed to answer so she went to attend the emergency even though techniclly she was not working here anymore. Her heart almost stopped when she Sophia in his arms, but it was her specialitty to collect herself quickly. "Place her here on the bed." she instructed quickly opening the second door to the left. "What happened? Does she have that god forsaken virus too?" she asked as she was looking for a potion in the medicine cabinet in a great speed.

Andrian waited and stroke Sophia head, impatiently. 'Where is that blinking healer at,' he thought. Then finally he heard someone come into the room, he sighed with relief and got onto his feet. 'Mariana!' he said, walking towards her. 'Whats going on,' he asked, standing next to her as she grabbed a potion from the cabinet in a hurry. 'I don't know, she said she got some sickness,' he answered her question, looking at Sophia quickly before turning back to Mariana. 'Wait...' he said. By the sound of it, it sounded like it was pretty contagious and was spreading around quickly. 'Your saying, this virus been spreading around?' he asked, her eying her carefully. He had no idea what this virus was, he had no idea what do with this disease. But all he knew was he was going to do everything he can to cure Sophia and hopefully he doesn't get it in the end. Andrian was glad Mariana was here to help him, he would probably have never worked out what to do with Sophia

Mariana almost felt guilty hearing his relief. The explanation would be even more unpleasant now that she saw that Sophia probably had the mentioned desease. "Yes it is pretty contageous, Jess already got it and soon i'll have to admit that so did i." she replied trying to formulate the next words not to provoke panic though that was a hard task. "The potion is just to make her more comftable. Does she have green rash anywhere on her body?" she asked not seing any obvious skin deformations with her bare eye.

Andrian listened carefully to every detail Mariana had said, his expression shocked when he heard that his own brother Jess and Mariana had caught this disease as well. He stood there, looking st Sophia for as moment trying to capture everything in. It sounded like it had been going on for a long time now. He just hadn't caught up with with the latest news. Then Mariana started speaking, he immediately snapped back into reality. He promised Sophia he wouldn't get the virus while curing her and he wasn't planning to anyway, it sounded very dangerous. 'I don't know,' he said as he quickly went over to metal tray on the table next to Sophia and put on a mask and a pair of sterile gloves. Then went over to Mariana and handed her a pair or gloves and a mask as well. 'Let's have a look,' he said gently lifting the potion from her hand and made his way towards Sophia; placing the vial of potion on the table while examining her. 'So this 'virus',' he said, still looking for green rashes on her body. 'Its been going around for a long time hasn't it?' he asked.

It was rather unpleasant to answer Andrian's stare for Mariana had no comforting look. Seing so many people die without being able to do anything about it, made her a little insensitive though Sophia was her friend and that was an obvious exception especially with her brother there. She took gloves and a mask knowing it was useless. "I don't think that will help in my case the virus is pretty advanced in my body only i didn't get that rash yet." she replied putting it on anyway. Arguing with Andrian in such moment was a bad idea. His questions confused her even further. She snorted, snorting was good it hid away the tension. "Have you been living in the cave for past couple of months? It is all over magical news that Britain is under the influence of a deadly virus." she said stopping right there. Deadly was a bad word though true and it slipped before she detained herself. She took Sophia's arm and started looking for anything green on her skin looking away from Andrian.

As Sophia felt the needle pierce through her skin and the medicine working it's way through her body making her a bit stronger. "Ok Sophia time to wake up!"Sophia thought to herself as she forced herself to wake up. As her eyes opened she started coughing as she coughed up some more blood in the process which wasn't good. "Grab the purple bottle.in the cabinet."said Sophia softly coughing once again wincing as she did. sophia knew if she didn't get help quick she.might die of one or two things one the sickness or two bleeding. Sophia looked at Andrian with fear in her eyes for she was really scared. She nevered been this scared bin her life.

If she didn't know what was going on, Mari would have felt a relief when Sophia opened her eyes, but even though she did everything was temporary, nothing was certain, At least Sophia being awake saved her from having to elaborate her last sentence to Andrian. "Already did while you were sleeping honey, i was just waiting for you to be able to drink it." she replied pouring the content of the potion into a glass which was next to the bed. "I still need to check how far did the desease go sis, but you must try not to cough for me. Are you able to do that?" she said in a soft voice knowing that coughing out blood would only speed up the process she was trying so hard to avoid.

Sophia nodded and took the glass the potion was in and drank it down but with much difficulty. "Thanks Mari."said Sophia softly but weakly. Sophia nodded at her request. "I'll try Mari sis, but it's kind of hard to avoid."said Sophia softly. Sophia honestly didn't know how far the desease got in her body or how bad it was. All Sophia knew, that she was getting worse and if they didn't act fast she might die in a matter of hours or even minutes. Sophia was in alot of pain, her whole in tire body was sore from head to toe making her fragile and weak like a twig that might snap in any second.
