She actually didn't do half bad for a Hufflepuff. She was really pleased in what she got with her money she saved. Kasumi had ended up moving everything on her own into her new home and she was sweating buckets. She loved decorating, so she saved that for last. She painted her walls an ocean blue and when it dried put up all her posters and photos she had. She took her posters of her favorite hockey player, Viatcheslav Voynov, and one by one put them all near her bed.
When she was done with that, she decided to make something to eat. She made herself a quick peanut butter and marshmellow fluff sandwich with some milk. She sat down at her table and was pleased with herself. After she was finished eating, Kasumi decided to take a box of photos and make a small photo album. This album was going to be all about her dad. While she did that she put some music from her iPod on and listened to it. She was finished 1 hour later.
She ended up dozing into a sleep when Sadie jumped on her and licked her face. "Come on Kasumi don't sleep! I wanna play! I wanna play!" Sadie was wagging her tail 20MPH and she was super happy. "Sorry Sadie," Kasumi stated. "I've been doing this all day and I'm really beat." Kasumi threw the ball for Sadie and she went to go get it. Before Sadie came back, Kasumi was admiring her new home and how well she did in it. Kasumi couldn't wait to show Yumi how good she did on her own. Sadie snapped her out of her daydreaming by putting the slobbery ball on her legs. Kasumi threw it again and as usual, Sadie went to go get it.
Kasumi moved to the kitchen to put a picture up of her dad on her fridge. She wanted to make sure it was somewhere she could see it. She took her heart-shaped necklace out of her shirt that her dad gave her and held it tight. On it was engraved 'always a daddy's little girl'. She didn't want to cry infront of Sadie, so she left the kitchen and went into her bedroom and sat in her blue chair in the corner. she looked outside into the sky and noticed not one cloud was in it. She turned the radio on and started singing to a song she knew. Sadie came running into her bedroom and jumped onto Kasumi's bed. "WOOF!" Sadie said trying to be funny.
It was 8:59 P.M. and Kasumi was pretty much trying not to fall asleep reading her book. Sadie was outcold on her bed in the corner of Kasumi's bedroom. Kasumi decided to listen to her iPod a bit and try to stay up just a little bit longer. She got up to get a snack and walked to the kitchen. She opened the cabinet and took out the peanut butter. When she closed the cabinet and turned around, Sadie was sitting right there and scared her. "Geez Sade! Please don't do that again." She gave Sadie some peanut butter then took a spoonful to her room. She devoured it and decided to finally go to bed. She turned the light off and thought about how good her day has been today. She was very happy about the outcome and couldn't wait to have a visitor.
