Sparks specializes in fresh, handmade gourmet quality bistro fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, using only the finest seasonal ingredients and supporting local farmers. We'd love to link up with players who are running wizarding farms to buy our food from. (HINT, HINT!!) Sparks also runs a full service gourmet bakery and gourmet coffee bar, caters wizarding events, provides takeout service, and has a coffee bar with a barrista. We need to add an executive chef, a general manager, a couple of soux chefs, pastry chefs and barristas, and servers to our list of employees. The menu changes as each season changes due to the change in the availability of seasonal ingredients. Sparks is more of an investment property for Khaat and Brian, so we're looking for people that we can trust and in turn we will compensate them well.

Blue Moon Club--previously owned by Jen Dent, being purchased as a gift for her 'adopted' son Elijah Krum. Khaat plans to redecorate the club for Elis graduation and give i as a graduation gift to him. Plans are to make the spot an elegant dining venue that also features a bar and live music.
