Yea it might be safer that way. At least then I wont be stepping on anyones toes and everyone will have a fair shot at it.

Okay can I just say something? Honestly can you look at the jobs and ranks and do you see how Jess has pretty much most of the ranks? He has two teaching positions, OOTP leader, head boy, and etc
