“Come on Socks!” Serena giggled as she ran up the stairs form the dungeons the old fat cat fallowed her at a leisurely pace as the eleven year old opened up the door that lead outside. “Oh you’re an old fat cat,” she said picking him up and cuddling him to her as she walked towards the grounds, “I need to stop feeding you so much!” She giggled some more as she walked down toward the lake. Spinning around she almost slipped and fell down, “oh I’m sorry Socks we almost fell down,” she chattered with the cat as she walked toward the lake. “you like fishes don’t you,” She smiled scratching the cats head.
Once at the lake Serena sat down under one of the big trees not far from the water’s edge. Socks sat in her lap and purred as she petted him and chattered away. The cat couldn’t care what Rena said as long as Rena’s tone of voice was a peaceful one as it was now. If she spoke in a meaner tone the cat would probably go hide where there wasn’t someone yelling at him. Serena smiled as she pet her favorite pet and best friend.
