Stalking Our Prey

Teddy was a good kid; and he had not complained when she ripped out one of his hairs and told him to take a day off. Now, Russel, he had complained. But she quickly ussured them into her office and threw Floo Powder into the fireplace. She stated her address and told them they could hang out there and eat all the food they wanted, just not to leave the house. When she arrived there, she would inform them of the day the had had.

Forbes was tricky. If she spotted the two interns trailing Jack the day Mikki got weird, there would be severe consequences if both claimed to have had a day off. Jack was protecting herself, the mission, and her interns. Before they could really get to complaining, she stuffed them into the fireplace and they said the address.

Jack turned to the two flasks she had set out on her desk. She stepped forward and dropped a hair in each. Teddy's turned to a peagreen color; Russel's looked like tomato soup. She turned and looked at the two men assigned to this mission, Aaron and Silvyr. She said, "Take your pick. I have intern robes, shoes, and their IDs. I sort of picked their lockers open yesterday. Just keep the flask on you."

Silvyr watched as Jack placed the different hairs into the two different flasks sitting in front of her on a wooden table. He sighed and pointed at the flask that Jack had said to be green. He didn't like the idea of drinking a foul smelling liquid that looked like blood. He would leave that enjoyment for Aaron who looked as if it didn't matter either way.

He picked up the flask and threw a gulp of it back. His mouth was filled with the familiar taste of polly juice potion. He had almost forgotten the awful taste being that he hadn't tasted it since his years at Hogwarts. The memory flashed through his mind quickly of his first experience with the potion. He wasn't skilled in potions and his batch of polly juice had turned out wrong, one way or another, and his mouth had been filled with the most foul taste he could remember to date. It was clear to him that his batch was much worse than it should have been. The liquid inside his mouth was far from enjoyable though not as bad as he had been expecting.

As the liquid slowly moved into his stomach his body began to have a weird tingling feeling all over. His arms shot in ward as his legs did the same. He felt his torso shrinking while his facial features morphed into new positions. His hair began to change from his short shaggy style into the shaggy mop that the boy whose body he was in had been sporting. It felt strange and untidy, almost annoying. But he wasn't to bothered, at least not enough for the feeling to stick in his mind any longer then it had to.

He looked back up to Jack and grabbed the stack of clothes that she had pointed to that were his. He took of his clothes folding them neatly while wearing his the boxers he had come in. He set the rest of his clothes on the table next to where he had laid the flask and wand on her desk and changed into the new ones, being respectful to not show off the boys body he had morphed into.

He threw the robe over his outfit and placed the wand in his left pants pocket while the flask went to his right robe pocket. The feeling of the robes draping over his clothing was familiar and comforting. It was a feeling he had not expected though should have. He turned to Jack and Aaron again, who no longer looked like himself either, and waited to discuss the plan in further detail. He had a vague idea of what was expected but he knew that you couldn't expect a plan to work if it was vague in everyone's mind.

Aaron did not want to be in this situation in the least bit. It was the exact opposite if what he was trying to do. His goal was to make as few ripples as possible , but he also could not let go any of the steam he had built up in both the Order and the Death Eaters. He was gaining trust from both groups so he had to keep gaining both sides trust.

He did not speak much, especially to Silvyr, whom he had been closely working with over the past few weeks, They both knew the drill, they acted like they had only met through this mission and Aaron even tried to establish a false sense of disdain for him so that Jack would buy it.

He took the polyjuice potion quickly and he felt the transformation begin. He had never gone through the process before but he knew it was not going to be pleasant. The feelings left as quickly as they came, but Aaron quickly realized it was not going to be the same. Everything felt different and he quickly discovered that the man he had taken over did not have the greatest vision.

He blinked his eyes a few time, trying in vain to fix his blurred vision. He quickly decided it was not going to get any better so he quickly put his clothes on and clipped the ID badge to his robe. When he was finished he looked up to Jack and Silvyr and then shrugged his shoulders. "Well lets get this over with." He said quickly, ancy to get moving.

(I'm going to treat Mikki as an NP for this, even though she's not... I can do that... cause she's my character. xD)

Jack waited while her two companions took their potions and were overtaken with a change of physique and look. She pointed at Silvyr and said, "Teddy Garrett." She handed him his ID card, which would be his best alibi if anyone asked him what he was up to. She turned to Aaron and gave him his ID card, saying "Russel Zoowicky." She nodded at them.

Aaron looked a little irritated and she grinned. She walked over to her desk and grabbed a jar that had a few Cornish pixies battering their little fists against the glass. She handed that to Aaron and then handed a box that contained a Crup that was in a magical sleep. "This is my excuse for being tailed by you two." She grinned and held out her clipboard. "I'm the boss so I don't have to do any carrying."

Before either could complain, she slipped out of the office and ushered her interns out, locking the door behind her. Things went well as they could as they made their way up to the floor where the Minister and his various advisor's were. She showed her badge to a security wizard and reported seeing some suspicious wizard in a trenchcoat. He whisked off.

She turned to her companions. "We need to find her office, and probably break in. It needs to be quick and then we go. It'll be more of a pain leaving, I have a feeling."

Silvyr extended his hand accepting the ID card that jack was giving him. Teddy Garrett. Got it." He said. Allowing his mouth to feel the words so they wouldn't be awkward coming from his mouth. He noticed that the robes and clothes fit perfectly around his new body. It allowed him to feel at ease in the scenario. That would prove to be of utmost importance in the coming hour.

He slid it in his pocket not knowing the usual protocol for the Ministry on identification. Jack did the same for Aaron before explaining their cover. He understood what was getting them through the Ministry now but not the full plan. Before he could voice his opinion Jack had ushered them out of the room. It was to late and Silvyr felt the awkward feeling of moving around in the dark take over.

His thoughts began to grow rapidly. "We're going in to take over Mikeala's mind, leaving her here as a spy, and then we're leaving. Yeah I'd say that will be the hardest part. We're just going to strut out the front door, Okay. This is going to take some thinking and maneuvering on our parts. If we don't all do what's expected we're screwed. So basically we're screwed. Great." He stopped his thoughts before they took him to a place he didn't want to be.

((Aaron, go ahead and post Imperiusing Mikki. Say Silvyr stayed outside to keep watch, Jack asked to enter, and then go ahead with it.))
