Potter’s Army is a roleplaying site that’s been alive and active for nearly eight years now. The plot is set in an Alternate Universe where Lord Voldemort is dead, but Harry Potter went missing and is presumed dead as well. The factions continue to fight, Hogwarts educates the next generation of witches and wizards, and the Ministry of Magic does its best to hold everything together.
Beginners are sure to find a welcoming and helpful community, and all levels of writers are accepted and encouraged to join. PA is a brilliant place to experience and explore the Harry Potter universe with canon and original characters of your own.

But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.
Finally it was the weekend, two days out of the week that Shane could be himself and dress how ever he likes. Not that he hated his job cause he loved it but she sort of hated wearing dress robe all the time. It was was about lunch time as Shane walked through the crowded street of Diagon Alley his hands were filled with supplies he needed for work. As he came upon the Leaky Cauldron Shane wondered if he should eat there for Lunch. He heard quite a bit of good things and bad things there but it was really popular for some unknown reason.
Shrugging his shoulders Shane walked towards the pub and pushed opened the door as the bell tinkled above his head. As he walked further into the dim lit pub he found himself a booth by the fire and sat down. Shane only been here a couple of times but that was only to drink some butterbeer but other then that he nevered ate here. "What can I get for you?"the waitress asked as she gave him a flirty smile. "Um... I'll have a cheeseburger with fires and a coke please."said Shane softly as he gave her a soft warm smile and handed her back the menu. "Coming right up."said the waitress as she wrote his order down and took off. As he waited for his order he started drumming his hands on the table. As he seen that they had a stage he stopped drumming his hands on the table and looked to see someone playing on the stage Shane stopped and listened to the person singing.
This felt a little weird for Alexis. This wasn't the place where she usually performed but someone had told her to perform here for once, since the Three Broomsticks didn't really have that much business and her 'talent' shouldn't be 'wasted' on an empty place. Alexis only thought what talent? She never really thought that she had that much talent. All she could do was sing, it wasn't anything special. But whatever, she told the person that she would try it, but it would only be for fun.
Since she had today off from work and she had gotten permission to come to the Leaky Cauldron from her boss at the Three Broomsticks to sing here instead of there, she was all set. It seemed that it was her turn to go up and sing, and she had to admit she was a little nervous of going up onto that stage. She had done it plenty of times before, but only at the Three Broomsticks so it was weird for her to be going up now somewhere else. But she had to go through with her promise so she went up on the stage quickly and sighed. Alexis nodded for the music to start after waiting for a long moment. The music started and she took a deep breath before she started singing.

As Shane seen it was a girl about his age or younger coming up on the stage Shane looked at her with his hazel eyes and watched her nervously getting ready. As she started playing started nodding his head to the beat. "Wow... she's really good."Shane thought to himself. It was a really good song and she was very talented which was something Shane liked in girls. As his food came towards him he looked at the waitress. "Thanks."said Shane giving her a soft warm smile. As he took a bite of his cheeseburger he kept watching the girl sing her heart out just like the rest of people in the small dim pub.
Shane wondered himself he should sing after the girl or not, he seen it was performing day so that meant anyone could sing. Shane wondered if he should or not, he sung with his best friends but he nevered sung in front of people. Alot of people told him he had a great voice but he nevered really let anyone hear other then his friends. As he listened to the girl sing Shane smiled for the girl had a amazing voice he wondered why she was so nervous to sing. Taking bite of his fries he kept nodding his head to the beat for it was a really good song and the beat was awesome.
