Alex walked down towards the courtyard, it was night, an hour before everyone had to be in the common rooms, he had remembered the other day with Felix and Rhys, as much as he had tried to forget the memories they were just too painful, Alex couldn't deal with them, and Alex had walked through hot coals, tried to outrun lightning, cheat a polygraph test but he couldn't deal with one simple, girl.

He had a different vision during his time in detention, he saw a redhead, not a natural one but a color that resembled red velvet cupcake, which were his favorite, at that moment he thought, he may not be friends with Sam, Rhys, or Lysander ever again, but maybe would make new friends. He had taken a shower, he had put on his hufflepuff hoodie, a shirt underneath, and his jeans, which wouldn't be muggle clothes because they were made in the wizarding world.

He might make new friends, he looked back to the vision, the setting had been a courtyard.

Serena made her way from the library and decided to make her way outdoors. She thought it was a very beautiful day. She was still in her uniform but put a blue button up jacket over it, she was happy that she was in Ravenclaw. One of her favorite colors was blue. Once she mase her way outside it was a little chilly because of the breeze. But that didn't bother the redhead at all. She loved the outdoors. Serena was just upset that she spent most of the day in the library. She wanted to make actual friends this year. Staying in the library was not the way to go.

Serena made her way to the courtyard. Any farther and she could be given detention because she likes to take her time and wouldn't make it to the common room in time. Serena had her backpack on her back but sat it down on a bench and closed her eyes. Taking her surroundings in with the smells and sounds. Serena opened her eyes and saw a boy with brown hair. She decided to actually approach him and maybe make a new friend. "Hello. Is everything ok?" Serena just felt like that was the thing to ask.

Alex looked out at the nightsky, he had looked and randomly thought about dancing, but had decided not to, because if someone saw him they would probably think he was a lonatic, he looked out into the moon, as he wondered. What if i had been there during the moondlanding?, could he have seen Neil Armstrong from earth, would he be able to see the rocket stop, Alex didn't know. Alex streched for a moment after hearing the pop he stopped.

Suddenly a girl walked up to him, "Hello. Is everything ok?" the girl said, red hair, just like Alex's vision, about the red velvet haired girl, she looked just like her, "Hey, yeah everything's fine, I'm just thinking." Alex said, "I'm Alexander Jones, what's your name?"

She was somewhat happy when he responded, and when he introduced himself. "Hey, yeah everything's fine, I'm just thinking. I'm Alexander Jones, what's your name?" She smiled and held out her hand. "My name is Serena Mangetsu. It's nice to meet you." She was happy the first person she met that didn't want to use her, yet. "What made you make a trip outside right before curfew? Most people would be running to their dorms to avoid detention. I know you said you were thinking. But can't you do that in your common room?"

Serena was curious tonight. Not many people would be outside at this time. One of the main reasons she liked to come to the courtyard at this time. She was more than often socially awkward with people. She always tried. But sometimes she didn't succeed and sometimes drove them away.

Alex looked at the girl, he back flipped off the rock he was standing on, Alex looked at the girl, and for once in a long time, he smiled at her, "My name is Serena Mangetsu. It's nice to meet you." Serena had said, "Mucho gusto." Alex said which in spanish was used as likewise. Alex smiled up at her, and shook her hand, "What made you make a trip outside right before curfew? Most people would be running to their dorms to avoid detention. I know you said you were thinking. But can't you do that in your common room?" Serena had said.

Alex grinned at her, "It seems that you don't want me here, no?" Alex joked with her, "I sit down out side during cold peacful night's helps me relax, and get all my thoughts together." Alex smiled.

Serena was astonished when he did a back flip off the rock he had been standing on. Then she spoke in a language she wasn't to well introduced to. "What does that mean?" She read books in Latin, french and Japanese. That was as far as her foreign languages goes.

He then smiled at her "It seems that you don't want me here, no?" Serena had a horror expression flash acrossed her face. "No, that's not what I mean. It's just usually no one is out here. When I come out here. I was just surprised. I love to have some company." She mentally hit her forehead. She was already making a fool of herself.

"I sit down out side during cold peacful night's helps me relax, and get all my thoughts together." She was interrupting his alone time. "If you would like me to leave I would. I don't want to disturb your thinking time. But if you need someone to listen my ears are always open." Serena smiled, and waited patiently for him to want her to stay or go.

Alex looked at her, still smiling, "What does that mean?" Serena had said, "Well pluraly it meas 'I like it a lot' but in spain we use it as 'Likewise'" Alex said to her, smiling at her and turning standing on one hand.

"No, that's not what I mean. It's just usually no one is out here. When I come out here. I was just surprised. I love to have some company." Serena had said, "Me too, it gives you someone to talk to, no keeping your emotions buried deep." Alex smiled at her.

"If you would like me to leave I would. I don't want to disturb your thinking time. But if you need someone to listen my ears are always open." Serena had said, "I would like you to leave." Alex said pausing and then laughing, "It's a joke, of course I want you to stay."

Serena figured that either Alex was from Spain or visited it frequently. She made a mental note to look up some Spanish words and become familiar with the words. Possibly have some conversations with him in Spanish, that is if she doesn't drive him away. Serena thought he was very agile. Now he was standing on one hand. Serena thought he was very amazing. He understood how he felt about being out here by themselves. But then having company does help with making the emotions come out.

Then he said, "I would like you to leave." Her mouth fell open. She thought they were having a good conversation. But then he started laughing. She wanted to slap him. "That was really mean. Not a good way to make a new friend." She said folding her arms across her chest.

Alex had seen he had made her mad, "That was really mean. Not a good way to make a new friend." Serena had said, "Oh my God, so sorry, I was just Joking." Alex said trying to apologize, he got back on two feet and sat down. "So Serena is it....... Tell me something about yourself, and I'll tell you why I'm a no boned rubber man." Alex said smiling at her, meaning it was a joke, but at times he gave off that impression. "Ok I'll start, I am an avid reader, I have been called a Detective and the reincarnation of Sherlock Holmes, because I have a hunch for clues and I solve mysteries, I also do martial arts, Like Karate and Parkour, I sing, act, and dance too."

Alex then asked Serena about herself. He stated somethings that he was known for or did. He stated that he was an avid reader. She loved to read. Possibly they had some things in common. Their conversation was a weird one. But Serena was enjoying herself for the most part. She enjoyed his company, even though she didn't find some of his jokes as funny as he did. When he stated he was Sherlock Holmes reincarnation she smiled. "Does that mean I don't have to tell you anything? You can figure things about me on your own?"

Serena sat down next to Alex. "You do seem very flexible. I bet you use that to try and pick up girls. Most would find the stuff you did very impressive. I know I did. Maybe you could teach me some of those moves." She said looking at him.

Serena doesn't like being mean, so decided to tell him some of her. She looked down at her hands and started fiddling them. "I love to read. It helps me escape reality. Not think about real life and just get away. That's my escape. Coming out here, helps set the mood for reading. And the escape."
