The Source belongs to Nemo "Mortimer" Omara, a seer who offers the use of his gift to the public - for the right price. Rather than working out of a parlor shop as most fortune tellers do, Nemo has built for himself a tent, which is located in a wood on the very edge of Hogsmeade.
This tent is made up of several scarves, blankets, and enchantments. Inside the tent consists of two sections, which are divided by a hanging patterned cloth; the section of the tent in which Nemo makes his predictions at the requests of his customers, and a privet section for himself. The interior of The Source is lit by the warm glow of many candles (which give off the overpowering scent of cinnamon) and is 'furnished' with throw pillows of all sizes, a single wood table, and two matching chairs.
A wizard's sign hangs in the sky above The Source, bearing its title in Nemo's scribbled handwriting (having been produced by the tip of his wand). It is this faintly glowing text that allows both Hogwarts students and adults alike to spot Nemo's 'shop' from Hogsmeade's main streets.
