You wanted to talk?

Sam found the lake to be one of his favourite places at Hogwarts.

It probably stemmed for his likeness of water. He'd always found water interesting - its changing nature, its power, the look of it and of course the way it could appear to be such a slight insignificant thing, yet hold the power, and the force to break people.

Yes. Water was cool.

And so it was... pretty much for that reason that Sam found himself sitting by the lake's edge, freezing then unfreezing, levitating and letting loose the lake's water.

It was also because he'd told Alex that he'd meet him here on that fine Saturday morning, ignoring the slight chill to the air and taking advantage to the break in the rain they'd been waiting for for days.

Sighing he finally lost interest... well, that's not quite true, but he stopped caring as much about the water as he did about his friend's absence and looked at his watch, giving off another sigh as he read its face, this time an impatient note ringing through it.

When Alex had seem Sam, Alex was like, "Man Watchu want?!" Because he was in a bad mood but he had desided to go anyway, he had been in his Hufflepuff dorm thinking about Rhys, he liked her, yes, but wondered why she was in his head because no one had ever been in his head like this, he had desided to shake it off and go meet Sam, he took his Katana that had belonged to Aguila Roja, a spanish Ninja/hero, he took it with a black sheath and strapped it to his back.

He wasn't planning on killing Sam or anything, it was just his thing now, taking his sword, he walked down towards the great lake, seeing Sam, "Hey Man."

Just as Sam was feeling that it was about time for him to leave the lake and head inside (afterall, it was a little chilly) he heard someone approaching.

Hearing, as he was turning around to see exactly who was approaching, Alex shout a greeting, Sam smiled and stood up so that he could speak with Alex face to face. "Hey yourself," he said with a chuckle, reaching out and shaking Alex's hand before gesturing for the two of them to sit down on the grass.

"I got your message," he said, "and I think you're right. We do need to hang out more often. It'd be better if you weren't late all the time though," he said exasperatedly before laughing. "Only kidding of course, I was a little early I suppose," reasoned Sam.

Alex laughed at Sam and took his sword off putting it to the side of the lake. Alex thought back to they had met on the train and that time in the courtyard, Alex sat down, as the chill became water and it started raining, "YES!" Alex yelled, "Follow me, kid!" Alex yelled at Sam, and ran towards the caste, climbing up, to get on the roof, "This is the greatest possible time to do Parkour!" Alex yelled.

Alex looked at Sam from the roof, "This is what you do, don't fall, cuz that'll hurt like a B****, and don't let anything stop you, don't think about 'can I make this jump or not'" Alex said, taking off, running up the roof and holding onto a ledge. The climbing up the ledge, running.

Sam cursed mildly as he felt the pitter patter of raindrops starting to fall down on the two of them, building with a surprising amount of speed to become a rather heavy rainstorm.

So it came as a rather big surprise when Alex chose that, rather than heading indoors, or at least choosing to make himself impervious to the rain and head somewhere mildly undercover, he chose to go climbing up the side of a castle.

Not the most normal thing to do, but hey, whatever floats your boat really, it wasn't Sam's choice to determine what was a good action and what was not.

Shaking his head he stuck his wand up in the air and summoned his broomstick, waiting for a few seconds before it entered his sight, coming to a rest at his waist height.

Flying up to the roof Alex was on Sam remained on his broom, smiling politely, but dubiously at his friend for a few seconds before shaking his head. "You're mental," he shouted out, his voice barely rising above the sound of the rain hammering down on the castle.

"Come on, lets just head down and go inside," he suggested, hoping that Alex followed his suggestion, but knowing in his heart that he would not.
