Outcasts!!!!!
It is now the year 2029. Seventeen years ago a nuclear bomb went off over Russia, in the city of Moscow, destroying most of Europe and Asia, and sending many people around the world to their deaths. However, many unborn children thrived and lived on in their mother's wombs. These children end up being raise in a world that is attempting to rebuild after its almost complete destruction. These seventeen years pass by extremely slow, almost as if time itself had stopped for the mothers of these children, who seem to notice certain changes in their children that would never be considered normal development for any child.
These children who come to call themselves metas or meta humans, seem to exibit certain powers and some families soon begin to shun these so called "freaks". Some families consider this to be a gift. However, these children or metas are this way due to the abilities that remained dormant until their fifteenth birthdays, due to the nuclear radiation that spread across the entire globe.. Those "unlucky" enough to receive powers become shunned by not only their families but society as well. They are hunted down by the government, bent on their destruction and so they flee to the only known safe haven for their kind. Paris, France and the Eiffel Tower.
However, there is a group of Meta's known to themselves as Outcasts but referred to by the government as the freak rebellion, have their own plans in mind for the world that they have been raised in. They believe in a world where the government isn't hunting after them and they are accepted for what they are, as not being unlucky but gifted. Through their leader, Garulia, they hope to achieve this goal but will they in this war for human rights? Which side will win, and now the question is, which will you choose?
