The only one

Alexis sat in the Ravenclaw common room singing to herself like usual. She had been bored all day, with no one to talk to and nothing to do. She hadn't even paid a lot of attention in her classes either. Something was on her mind, and she knew exactly what it was. The time of month was coming. The dreaded time of month, where she would change. She hated it, but there was nothing she could do.

She knew this month it was going to be bad. She hadn't even been able to find someplace to conseal herself yet. With the full moon fast approaching, she needed to find a place fast. Even her senses her accuting themselves now too. What was she going to do? She had to do something but what? There was no way she could find a place on her own, but she couldn't ask anyone for help. Her family had abandoned her, and she didn't have any friends to help her either.

She was lost, and trapped.

Annie sat in a corner in the common room, relentlessly studying her Herbology notes. She glanced up to eye the DaDa textbook she had been dreading all night, but her gaze wandered as something across the room caught her attention. She'd sit up and take a long stretch before walking over to her sister. "Hey," she'd coo softly, not wanting to startle the girl. She'd reach out and ruffle Alexis' hair gently.

Alexis thought and thought, racking her mind to find a place to hide for the full moon. She hated that time of month, why did she have to deal with it? And it was only her, the rest of her family apparently had nothing going on with them like she did. She hated Kyle(her creator), so much more than she did before. He was the cause of all the worries she had now. He had ruined her life when he turned her into what she was, a werewolf.

She was deep in her thoughts when she heard someone talk to her. A familiar vioce for that matter, the only vioce from her family she heard now. It was her sister Antoinette. "Hey Annie." she said in a faint voice. Anyone could tell that she had something on her mind. She lowered her head a little and smiled slightly as Annie ruffled her hair. She was glad to have at least one person who understood her there. "What've you been up to?"

Antoinette offered a reassuring smile before glancing out of the window to check the moon. She nervously nibbled her lower lip before her gaze fell back to her sister, "Studying. Avoiding my Defense Against the Dark Arts textbook at all costs." she chuckled softly before taking a seat neck to Lex. "What are you gonna do?" she asked, in a slightly lower voice. In reference to the moon phase, she gestured to the window before leaning back, lightly crossing her arms.

Alexis ran her hand through her hair and twisted a strand of it. She shrugged at Annie's question. "I don't know. I haven't even found a place to hide yet." she said. "And with the full moon so close I'm going to be in a load of trouble if I hurt someone." She sighed. She couldn't use someplace she had hid before, as almost all of her hiding places had been found and turned into some kind of club or something. She was becoming restless, her body and instincts knew her change was just a few nights away. It was already getting ready to transform, and she didn't want it to.

Lex looked out the window, and stared straight at the moon. She gazed at it her eyes narrowing, with the hatred she felt of being a wolf. Sure there were some good things about it, like being able to find someone or something easily. But she loathed it, it made her feel like an outsider among everyone else. She closed her eyes to calm herself down and opened them again, looking down at the ground.
