Sam loved the walk down to the Care of Magical Creatures class. It always seemed to change a little, a rock in the path would split here, a boulder might appear there, and a bunny might turn rabid and chase you down to the classroom (Oh that'd been a fun day)
As he reached the lawn outside the caretaker's hut Sam was a little surprised in finding that the class was indoors.
When was the last time we had an indoors class. How smart, to utilise the teaching tools of a board and writing utensils. Sam couldn't help but wonder why no previous professors had thought to do it themselves.
Walking into the hut itself Sam realised why they didn't have classes inside. It was cramped.
Like, really, really cramped.
Still, at least their motivation to work hard would be that they would be able to get outside faster, if they got their theory stuff done.
"Good morning Miss," he said, a surprised look crossing his face as he noticed yet another new teacher. "My name is Samuel," he said, waving at her as he chose a nice looking patch of rug to sit on.
