Lesson 8 - Basic Level

Bloody hell, he came here only to be the Headmaster, and to think that he had almost been denied that promise, and now he is limping to the Dungeons to teach Potions... all over again, to hormone raging brats who have absolutely no interest in these bottles filled with colorful liquids. Yes, he had been some sort of puppet Headmaster, but he did actually have far more authority than anyone thought, which made him a powerful nemesis to those who wanted to control him, but more on that later, right? He sat on top of his desk, starting to play with his cane, waiting for the brats to arrive.

Xemnas walked in, all drowsy and tired in his "upbeat" attitude as always. He quickly took a seat and slouched on the desk. Then after some time he realized he should take out his materials, then he realized since it was potions he didn't have anything. Xemnas didn't really sleep well after wondering what was going on after the death of Sage. He wondered if these thoughts were rummaging through Doyle's mind, but Xemnas didn't really care. He put his head down and since it was quiet, he knew he could put his head back up when the professor started speaking.

Hitame woke up early that morning, even after staying up most of the night, with all the crying and shouting over the death of Sage. She was tired and it showed in her expression. As she walked to the Potions classroom, she yawned and streched her arms out over her head. When she lowered them, her backpack fell off her shoulders and slid to the ground. She looked down at it blankly, before sighing and bending down to bring it back up over her shoulders again. She yawned once more and contiuned on her way to class.

As she walked in she looked around to find that hardly anyone was there. She looked over at the professor, waved gently, iinstead of actually saying hello like she usually did. Now she turned to the desks and her gaze fell on Xem, who had his head down. She guessed that he was just as tired as she was. She walked toward the desks, her shoes' clicks echoing in the silence of the room. She sat down next to Xem and also put her head down.

Calixta hardly had her mind on potions. She was more concerned with getting back at Grigori. He even had the name of a nemisis. She should have known better than to team up with him last lesson. Today, she'd make sure she worked with Nicholas. Apart from anything else, she wanted to know how far he'd come with the plan.
