What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Death Eater Attack


Played in the style of the party game mafia, Death Eater Attack is a game played around the school grounds.

Roles

Death Eaters
The Dark Leader - rotates among the death eaters each night phase.
The Auror
Hogwarts Students

The Game

The game will be divided into day and night phases using the GMT setting on the World Clock.

The game ends when either the death eaters are all killed or the death eaters outnumber or equal the students during a daytime phase.

The Night

The death eaters must together decide on one student to kill. If, at the end of a night phase, the death eaters have not come to a decision, The Dark Leader for that phase will make the choice on their behalf. Their decision will be PMed to me.

The Auror may choose one player to investigate for practising the dark arts and will PM their decision to me. They will be told if their guess is correct.

The Day

The student who has been killed will be PMed so that they can begin a thread somewhere on the school grounds playing out their "death". They will need to link to that thread in the Hufflepuff common room.

The other players should go to the thread to grieve over their loss and decide who they wish to accuse of enacting this foul murder. Then, there will be a poll with each of the accussed people's names in it and the person with the most votes will be executed. Once someone is executed, their alignment is revealed and they are out of the game.

The Auror's identity is not revealed unless they die or the game ends.

Okay just a question, when you say "The student who has been killed" you don't mean that literally right? I mean i might have plans for Leanne's death, but not yet lol.
