The sky was growing darker as each moment passed, and Julia wondered when her hostage was going to awaken. At the moment, it was quite boring, and Julia found herself drifting in and out of consciousness while waiting for Jack. She was sure that things were going to get increasingly interesting when Jack woke up, but she wasn't too convinced at the moment. Julia began to question whether or not the task was a good idea; she was very self-conscious when it came to the group. She didn't want people to think that she was too cliche, but she also didn't want people to think that she was too soft. More than anyone else, it was Angelique that made Julia nervous. Angelique was one of those girls who would judge you with whatever you put out for yourself, so Jules had to watch herself closely when she was around the girl. She sometimes wished that she could be friends with Angelique, but she could never imagine herself anywhere near that. Unless Angelique somehow got a soft spot for Julia, there was no way they would be friends.
Sighing, Julia got to her feet, brushing off the leaves and dirt from her bare legs and white shorts. Already, she was getting dirty, and she didn't mind it too much, as long as it didn't get out of hand. Through the sound of the tree branches waving in the wind, Julia could hear her followers and their hostages having conversations with one another. They weren't exactly conversations, they were more or less arguments, and they were quite entertaining to listen to. In the distance, Julia could hear faint thunder. She looked above her head at the sky, which was barely visible through the leaves and trees, and saw very dark, gray, storm clouds. "
Just great." She said to herself. She wasn't the biggest fan of the rain, especially when there were storms brewing. Honestly, Julia was afraid of storms, and with thunder and lightening added on to it, she often got extremely anxious.
Julia wished that she had someone with her. A friend, her brother, or Scorpius. Julia and Scorp were much closer ever since their night at The Three Broomsticks. She still blushed whenever she thought about it, and even giggled sometimes, but now wasn't the time to be thinking of then. Julia shook when she saw a slight flash of lightening and the faint thunder that soon followed, and shrugged on her sweater. She wondered what Scorpius was to her now. She wasn't sure if they were an item just yet, but she didn't know if she should still consider him just a friend, either. Their relationship was still confusing as ever, and she sometimes dreaded facing the problem. She wondered how Scorpius was doing with his hostage, and considered walking over to his site.
Before Julia could finish her thought, she heard a very familiar voice call her name.
Finally, she thought,
then witch has awoken. She smirked to herself and turned around, she wasn't sure what Jack had said to her, as another roll of thunder covered her voice. But she was sure she heard something that had to do with humour. "
Oh, I know. It's such a knee-slapper. But, I hate to break it to ya, Angel," Julia began, her slight Gaelic accent becoming more audible, "
but you're not getting out for a long time. Now, I don't want to hear any more of your extremely irritating voice."
Silencio, she muttered, holding her wand toward the girl, the spell immediately silenced Jack, and Julia smiled, pleased.
"
This is going to be so much fun, don't you think?" Julia grinned, and began to make a barrier that would protect her from the oncoming rain, almost immediately disregarding Jack's presence.
