History: The Weasley family have a lot of history on the site. The only thing I've added for Molly and Lucy is that Percy and Audrey moved to Ottery St Catchpole shortly after Harry Potter's death. This would have been when Molly was one or two years old.
Personality: Up to the player.
Plot: Lucy's plot would be enhanced more by Molly's presence than any other character's. There is no set plot with regard to the two of them, because I have always wanted to remain open to the ideas of the other person. Obviously, whoever picked up the character would have the benefit of all the other relationships with canon characters, but Lucy is one of the most consistently played canons on the site so I can guarantee there would be sisterly interaction.
