Topher attempted to make the feather float, but instead, he made fireworks out of the tip of his wand

"Your not doing the right motion." she said shrugging simply. "Watch my hand." she guestered the right one that contained her wand. She then moved it in a [i]swish and flick[/v] movement nice and slow while saying the spell outloud.
