The Wedding.

Delilah soon fell asleep with her head on steven's sholder. there was a small smile on her face. she had nothing left to worry about that day. Clayton wasn't going to take dylan away, Steven wasn't leavein, John liked her, and the twins where alive and helthy. nothing could distroy her life now. as she cuddled into steven she dreamed about there future. she woke up about half an hour later with the relization that dylan would leave for school in six short years.

Steven had dozed off with her in his arms and felt her wake he moved to look at her " ok honey what is it that bothering you" he asked knowing the look she had on her face at that moment. he turned brushing her hair from her face and kissed her softly. " if its Dyan, hes fine and if it because he'll be going to school soon don't John's there for him even if they're not in the same class im sure if he needs help he'll be there for his brother" he said softly as he again kissed her forehead hoping he'd stopped the worry he saw in her eyes.

"Its just six years away," she whispered quietly settling back into Stevens arms as she looked over at the twins. "he's growing up to fast, he won't be home very day." she got up and walked over to the cribs smileing down at Jaylnn. she then turned and picked up James who was awake. she would have also picked up Jaylnn but feared dropping one of them if she tried it. she sat back down on the edge of the bed and tickled Jame's little feet as he lay in her other arm.

Steven nodded " yes, but for those two " he said and picked up Jaylnn and walked over to sit next to her " we have 10 years to love and care for them" he looked at her sliding his arm around her as they sat on the bed " you realy should sleep its been along day , Mrs walker " he said as he smiled at her , he couldn't belive the day had come and she was not his wife as he was her husband . he looked down and the small baby in his hands and gently caressed her cheek " she realy does look like you" he said " she has your eyes and smile" he said as the small babie took his finger in her own small hand.

"yeah, and in four years it will seem the same way," Delilah whispered smileing down at James lovingly. she leaned against steven as he talked. "i thought i was done worrying for at least a little while." she whispered looking over at Jaylnn smileing, "i guess I'll never stop." she kissed steven on the cheek "they are exactly what we had wished for, one that looks like you, and one that looks like me." she really wouldn't have cared. she had been joking when she originally said that if they had a baby that looked like her then their had to be one that looked like steven.

steven looked at Delilah and smiled " strange how some times wishes do come true , especially if you wish with your heart " he said softly as he felt her lean on him and then kiss his cheek he chuckled " well one will have to be kept an eye on for boys hitting on her the other he'll have to learn to fight them of his sister " he said smiling his arm wrapped around Delilah's waist " time you slept " he said softly and kissed her cheek as he stood placing Jaylnn in her crib walking to her he took James and placed him in his crib. Pulling back the covers of the bed he slipped off her shoes and undressed her laying her down. " They won't go poof Delilah " he said softly

Delilah smiled down at James as Steven talked. "the boys won't like her to much," Delilah whispered, "you James, John, and Dylan will make sure of that." she was sure all the boys would be to scared of Jaylynns older siblings and father to try anything. she was also sure that would make jalan unhappy at times. when she was little before she went to Hogwarts it had been the same way with Clayton. she looked up at steven as he took Jame's. she was reluctant to let him but she did. "no they won't," she murmured smileing up at steven, her husband. "I'm guess that we'll have to wait a while before going on a honey moon," she said not tottaly worried about it.

Steven smiled and kissed her for head " plenty of time for a honey moon my love" he said softly to her his hand caressing her hair as he tried to soothe her to sleep feeling that was what she needed right at that moment and so did he feeling the lose of her for one night taking its tole o him as his eyes felt heavy " i love you so much and I missed you so much even for one night " he said holding her closer to him so he felt her heart beating against his chest.

Delilah smiled as he talked and held her close. "your heart is saying i love you," she murmured smileing at him. as she cuddled into him she started to drift off to sleep again. "I love you," she murmured half asleep her hand tracing circles on his hand as she smiled. the last thing she saw when she fell asleep was his face and she started to dream about him. he comforted her and helped her stop worrying and she loved him so much. she really would do anything for her family. even if those actions ended up hurting her in the end.

Steven smiled at her as she said his heart was saying it loved her " always Delilah " he said softly to her watching her genltly fall asleep in his arms he wondered what was going threw her mind he wondered if she ever thought about him like Clayton and hoped not he would nevr leave her, Dylan or the twins. The to him were his life just as john was. Taking a deep breath he fall asleep .


Waking the next morning he felt her still against him and kissed her shoulder lightly and smiled thinking this day was going to be yet another day that would pass and he would feel like he was on cloud nine with her. he gently brushed her hair from her face seeing the soft look on her face. He could not help fel his heart fill with the love for her , each morning as he gazed on her he knew i would see him threw the dayif he was not with her though with things settling in the lupin house he had more time to spend with her and Dylan,
