The Perfect Night

After working up enough courage to ask Victorie out Ryo paced around in the common room waiting for her come out of the girls dormitories. He sat down and waited patiently for her. He was wearing a sort of formal clothes that he saved for special occasions. He had only taken them out one other time but he didn't like to remember that moment.

He walked close to the stairs to the dormitories and looked up the stairs. "Hey, Victorie I'm ready! he yelled up the stairs. He didn't want to seem pushy so he sat back down and waited.

Victorie Came down the stairs her hair hanging loose around her shoulders she wore a yellow dress with a brown bow around the waist and blue yellow and white plaid shirts with a blue scarf around her neck. she had on a blue watch and a ring which pictured a horse, and her necklace was shaped like a camera. her earrings where black and gold flowers. She smiled at him pushing her hair out of her face. "and so am i' she said looking around the almost empty common room.

Ryo smiled as she walked down the stairs. "Wow, you look great." he said looking her over. He walked over to the door and opened it. "Shall we go?" he said sticking out his hand to lead her out of the common room. When they were outside he looked at her. "Where should we go first?" he asked still smiling at her. Although he was really nervous, he didn't show it.

"you look wonderful too," Victorie said blushing a little. she left the common room with him and smiled up at him even though she was really nervous. "it doesnt matter," she said quietly looking down at her feet "where do you want to go first?" she hadn't been on many dates before and had no idea what to do. she ran her hand trough her hair and looked up at him through her eye lashes. he really was something. well she was something to look at here she's going on a date with a vampire. she felt a little weird though she didn't care that he was a vampire at all.

"Thanks"he said smiling. "Well i was thinking maybe we could go see a movie and then we could have dinner." he said taking her hand in his. "Is that okay with you?" he added looking down at her. His nervousness was now starting to show. He was really happy to be going out on a date with someone as nice as Victorie but he was nervous because of the fact that he was a vampire.

"that sounds wonderful," Victorie said surprised when he took her hand she walked with him silently as they walked "how are we going to get there?" she asked looking up at him having not learned how to apparate yet. again she didn't care. she could see the nervousness in his eyes and she smiled and giggled happy to know she wasn't' the only one who was nervous. "and where were you planing on taking me to eat? i'll let you keep the movie a surprise." she said still giggling.

"Well we could fly there if it's okay with you." he said smiling. He was kind of startled when she asked where he was going to take her to dinner. He hadn't actually thought about the dinner. He was taking her to the movie first. "Well i actually don't know yet, i was more concerned with the movie.. sorry" he said smiling sheepishly. He was happy when he heard her giggling. He let go of her hand and put his arm around her.

"its okay. " Victorie said smileing wondering what it would be like to fly in a dress. "i'd have to make sure to sit just right so that no one below can see up my skirt." she said giggling again. she blushed when he put his arm around her and looked down her hair hiding her face so he couldn't see the red in her cheeks.some people would have felt odd with a having a vampire put there arm around them but she didn't' mind. the thought of it as being one step closer to seeing the Pirate ship.

"Okay" he laughed. He had thought she would say it was fine to fly there so he had hid a broom behind some trees. He saw that she looked down and just smiled more. He took it out and helped her get on it. After she was on he got on. "Okay hold on." he said looking back at her, smiling. He got the broom in the air and they started going. After what seemed like 2 seconds to Ryo they landed a few blocks away from the movie theater."You okay?" he asked as he helped her off and they started walking toward the theater.

Victorie held ho to Ryo as the flew "yeah i'm fine," she said straightening her dress after she got off the broom. "you may want to hide that thing or something. the muggles will think your odd." she stayed close to him not knowing where exactly they where going. she brushed the hair out of her face then ran her hands through her hair to get the tangles out. this probed difficult since her hair was so long and there where so many tangles but she managed.
