A shake up of the admins

Hey guys,
I'll start with a ramble, as I always do

As you may or may not know, we admins (Myself and Darren in particular) have been losing hair over this site, being quite worried about how it's going, and stressing, and all that jazz.

And we realised that a part of the problem... well wait, actually we didn't realise, we just gained heightened awareness, we've known this for quite awhile... anyway, we realised that a large part of the problem was the admin's ineffective handling of anything.

So, we got to talking, something that we males don't seem capable of doing (ugg ugg) and we all came to a rough conclusion. The problems in the admin team itself were stemming more from the fact that we were so thinly stretched. Realistically, there were 2 or three of us doing work, which was less than we had back when there were no apps, claims, plot, or real admin stuff. As such, we could really get anything done, we weren't RPing... on an RP site... go figure, and we weren't managing things very well.

As such, we made a decision, with the site growing, perhaps the admin team should to? What a ground breaking conclusion, huh.

Anyway, we've made quite a few changes to the admin team, we hope that you like them, and I hope that you support us in every change we made, sorry if you don't.

Without further ado, here are the changes!

It's with great regret that due to time constraints and illnesses, we've asked Red to take time off being an admin. Hopefully, when she's all better, and can spare some time to get online, we'll promote her to admin again. Thank you Red for all the tremendous work you've done, and get well soon

We also needed to fill in the gaps, and make the admin team grow, like one of those instant grow trees, or w.e. so I
d like to announce not one, not two, but THREE ( :O) new admins! Woo!

And I forgot to mention something (Shoot me?)

Darren and Jemma are still admins, we're not demoting them. We do this because, in all reality, they are the PA equivalent of a life member, due to all their contributions to the site and all that stuff.

However, both had real lives... real what, you may ask, well. A real life is what you have in that 30 mins a day not spent on PA (Eating, bathing, etc.)

And as such, they will come and go.

So, I decided that we'd no longer rely entirely upon them, as that was just asking for trouble, instead, when they're around, we'll welcome their input, and seek their guidance. When they're not, we wont be as useless as religion is to a brothel. Bad simile? Again, shoot me, it's late at night.

So, just thought I'd let you know, as I only just noticed the widget didn't have their pics.
