Opal NecklaceThe Opal necklace is a Dark magical jewelry, which cursed to torture and kill anyone it touches . It was claimed to have taken the lives of nineteen Muggles.
Resurrection StoneThe Resurrection Stone is one of the Deathly Hallows that allows the holder to communicate with the dead. Other wizards who studied this artefact said that it can be use if the practitioner seeks to summon the spirit of a deceased person, either as an apparition or ghost, or to raise them bodily, for the purpose of divination.
Some dark magicians also intended to use it to create Inferi. And since Inferi are created through the magical branch of Dark Arts called Necromancy, which is a forbidden art. This item is considered as a dark artefact.

In the wizarding world, shrunken heads are animated, having the ability to talk , blink, glance, nod, and shook.
