Greetings Jack Dyllan
I really understand you. But quite frankly if members see a long post, they find it quite confusing in places. So just a friendly advice, if we want to suggest something, we must not write posts that are more than a few paragraphs long, I suppose. Very long messages can be daunting to read all the way through, especially if you have limited or no knowledge of the subject. Members may find that it is too much like hard work to read all of the threads coming in and may even stay away for fear of feeling silly . So I reckon two or three bullet points to start off with are enough to grab someones interest. We can always add more later when you know people are interested.
I know the feeling of being ignored Jack. The staffs must be responsible to any of their member's comments, suggestions and requests regardless its length. But probably we should all remember that peoples knowledge levels on here differ, so a good hint here is to really read through our posts when we have written them and before we post them, if our thread is aimed at imparting information about something.Yes of course we can all ask questions when we don't understand something but if a lot of a post is out side of a persons knowledge level then it becomes discouraging. What I mean is perhaps they are they are still studying your suggestions or maybe they not ready to your suggestions because they cant reach your deep and wild imagination.
If you are being asked for help or support then try and keep it short and to the point, people often need quick advice.
